I got a rimless frame that was recommended by the staff but she seemed very inexperienced. The frame nosepiece kept pinching my nose and even the temple pieces were too tight but she kept saying dont worry, it will get better in time. I took her advice for it then after a week, I just cant stand it any longer. I should have listened to my instinct it was a good fit but felt misled by the staff. I initially came because of good reviews and thought they would take good care of their customer. It is a bit disappointing.

Both the staff and doctor are really friendly and do everything they can to provide an excellent service. They are very patient and take a lot of time to do the exams, provide advice and go through numbers and so on. Overall an extremely positive experience. I love their extensive selection of Tom Ford frames too. Can only recommend this place.
