Today is August 2nd 2016 I went in there last night very poor customer service they acted as if they didnt know what they were doing it did not offer any help doing they didnt theyll offer any help I must say I go in the store quite often every school year I go in there and I buy all 3 of my grandbabie school shoes any other time but now I was always greeted at the door and asked if there was anything that they can do for me just let them know if they seen you struggling to find shoes they always came and helped you they have new employees there now that act like she doesnt want to do anything but stand behind the counter as she watches customers kids run all up and down the aisles very unprofessional there was two workers there one had just quit and moved away she was very good and the other one is a male and Im hoping today when I go back to exchange shoes I see him because this is unacceptable if you dont like your job you shouldnt be working there these females 3/3 job as if its just a job to make money which okay I agree with that because everybody wants a job to make money but come on put some kind of effort into it have some respect for your customers

Pricing is about what you expect from a brick and mortar retailer. They do have a wide selection of shoes but a horrible size selection.
