I went in to get a new battery for a cheap Nixon watch, they charged me $20! I also needed new pins for a watch band that had broken, you can buy them for about $3 online and put them in yourself but I thought I might as well get them to do it since i was getting my battery replaced. They tried to charge me $15 a pin! I talked them down to $10 but still WAY to expensive and the lady there was incredibly pushy. She followed me around the entire store reminding me 7 times that they were having a sale and trying to convince me to buy something for myself as I had already shot her down on an engagement ring for my GF. I would not go back and would not recommend friends to do the same.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a Verragio engagement setting. I had to ask around for a place to buy it, but we finally found one at Le Vive. We were helped by the store manager, and he was very nice and accomodating. The price of our setting at Le Vive was less expensive than the one offered from Robbins Brothers, but both stores carry the same warranty on the setting and after-sale services. The diamond was nicely set and the ring just looked beautiful. We couldnt be happier.

Le Vive is wonderful. Two years ago I had my yellow gold diamond ring rhodium plated there and they worked on it while I shopped at the store. My husband picked out a nice watch and he still wears it every single day! They offer quality service and products. Highly recommended!
