I went to this jeweler to get some engraving done and it turned out very nice. I purchased a necklace and bracelet from tiffany’s in fashion valley as a wedding gift for my wife and to have a custom message engraved on the back of the tag from tiffany’s, it was going to take over a month to complete bc it has to go to all the way to ny and it was going to be an arm and a leg for the price. I didn’t have a month bc I was busy, well doing wedding stuff I suppose. I called up Gems Jewelry and spoke with the gentleman there about possibly getting it done quicker and he said he could have it done in a couple of days and for a very fair price. I dropped them both off and picked them up on the agreed upon date and the engraving looked great. Similar font and style to Tiffany’s and most importantly, my wife loved it. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for engraving.

I have been here before about 1 year ago for watch repair and had great service. I decided to take me engagement ring in to get resized. Service was amazing! I did not expect to have less than 24hr turn around. Due to diamonds on the side of the ring, resize fee was $35. Kim and Ba have excellent customer service! My ring looked brand new upon receiving it. Thank you for doing such a great job on resizing and cleaning my ring!!!

Super customer service and value. They did a wonderful and professional job of sizing several diamond rings. While there, I purchased a men’s gold bracelet at a great price. I am really happy I found this little “gem” of a jewelry store in my neighborhood!
