This was once a fairly decent store but for the last several months, Ive noticed the service sinking to worse and worse levels. In the latest insult to customer service, they hired a pathologically passive-aggressive person to cut the fabric, which means youre going to be waiting a very, VERY long time to get your fabric cut, while watching her fiddle and move stuff around behind the table to no real purpose, putting as many delays in the process as is humanly possible. The last time I was there, I saw twenty minutes pass where three people were waiting for her to start cutting their fabric. Two left in disgust and one was still waiting when I gave up and left as well. Im not sure if she was ever able to get her fabric cut. I wonder if they brought folks over from the San Mateo store - most of them are sub-par, which is why Ive avoided that store for the past few years. But this store seems to have taken on the dysfunction of that one. Most unfortunate, since they used to have good service at that store. I wonder if the management is doing this on purpose so as to have an excuse to close that branch.

The only reason I am giving this a dislike is because I tried to return a factory sealed pillow form FOR STORE CREDIT, and they would only give me 50% of what I paid for it. This to me is ridiculous, since it is unopened, and I simply want to use the credit for more purchases. So, be careful and keep your receipt!

The cashiers are not super friendly, last time I was here the cashier was busy picking some skin or something off her finger and only told me the total. No thank you, no heres you reciept. Theres one older lady who works at the cutting table who is super nice and always remembers me.

Love shopping with the coupons, especially the 50% and 60% off regular priced items. Service is usually good, but got a super customer service with David at check out tonight (08/22/2015). Give that man a raise!
