I had taken the advice from a Sallys Associate at a different location against my better judgement and ended up ruining my BRAND NEW EXTENSIONS!! I first spoke to Mayra who is a very friendly Associate and suggested I speak to the Assistant Manager Cynthia. I frequent this location often so both were familiar faces. I explained the situation and brought the extensions in. Cynthia went out of her way and called the Manager at the other location and was able to get them to approve a one time exchange even though extensions are Final Sale. If it wasnt for their help I would have been out $100. Even before this mishap these two girls have always been extremely helpful along with all of their other staff. Because of their great personable customer service skills I will remain a happy customer.

I was looking for some hair products to make my hair more healthier and stronger. I came to this store to see if they have what I needed and they did, the employees also helped me pick up a couple more things they really did know their products very well.
