Horrible staff and customer service. No one was at the register when I went to check out. I had to walk around the store to find the cashier. As if that wasnt bad enough, she then proceeded to slide my credit card and charge me $433 instead of $43!!!!! She did not apologize, just stood there and kept saying "oh my god I cant believe I did that... oh my god..." then finally called her manager. Of course, it takes several hours to credit money back to a card after a refund, so when I tried to buy my shoes again my card was declined! My credit account was blocked later that night for suspicious transactions (and no wonder!) overall, her stupid, absent-minded mistake caused a big big waste of my time. Her manager was also very rude and offered me no compensation for my time and inconvenience. Overall I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I will never offer them my service again and I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

Very very rude customer service I came in to shop for shoes for my little boy. Im told to put my personal items over by the cashier not to mention a second employee standing in front of me as if Im a threat. I mean seriously need to learn how to at least say "welcome to shoe city" make me your friend not your enemy. Staff have to learn manners.

A little bit cramped in there. Selection was decent but i feel like the prices were slightly inflated from normal retail. Overall okay experience, didnt end up buying anything though. Went to Amazon and got it a bit cheaper.

Small store, good selection. Best place to get the trendy Converse sneakers for the kids. Of course I always walk out of there with something for me too.
