Matt Pankiw

My name is Matt Pankiw and Ive been tattooing at Auburn Tattoo Company for 8+ years (2006) and body piercing for more than 5 years (2009). I enjoy tattooing in many styles such as neo-traditional (old school american traditional with a clean, modern feel), black and grey (from dark and bold to soft yet still bold) to full color, heavily saturated. I also really enjoy words...tattooing a name, phrase, quote etc in fancy calligraphic cursive especially mixed with other fonts. My philosophy is that all tattoos should be BOLD meaning you shouldnt need to be within 10 feet of the wearer to know what the image is. I will do subtle tattoos as well with the same philosophy. Im 38 years old, have a mortgage, a wife, an adult child and 3 fur babies. Im not a tattooer to be famous, to be cocky etc etc. I do what i do for a living...it just happens to be fun and rewarding. My long time clientele dont ask for "deals, discounts"..they respect what I do, how I carry myself professionally and we treat each other with kindness and respect. I expect the same from new clients and will not put up with BS. Im perfectly confident in what I do and how I do it. Im not arrogant or cocky by any means. I have an extensive portfolio as well as many references upon request. Im generally always available and happy to discuss business...from getting your first tattoo, to healing both tattoos and body piercings.
