Fallen Angel Tattoo is amazing. The first time I went there was about 3 years ago to get a tattoo, my first tattoo, that was being done on the back of my neck where the neck meets the shoulders. While I dont recall who did it, I do remember how great he was about it. I almost fainted from trying to stay so still, for so long; about halfway through, I started feeling warm, my face and hands got somewhat tingly and I soon became completely flushed. He took a break, got me something to drink, and told me to let him know when I was ready to continue; after a few minutes, he continued and finished. I loved it. My second experience at Fallen Angel Tattoo was in late October of last year, I went to get a tattoo, but being a Thursday, there was only one tattoo artist there and he was busy, so I went with a piercing instead and got my nose pierced. Carrie was absolutely amazing. After marking exactly where she was going to pierce it, she did; once again, I damn near fainted, same thing, blurred vision, flushed, tingling and ringing in my ears; she got me some water and let me lie back for awhile until it faded away, about 5 minutes passed and I was good to go. Today, 2/25/17, I went again, once more in desire to get a tattoo, but once more all the artists were busy, so I got another piercing. I initially was going to get either an Industrial or a Daith (I get chronic migraines), but after looking at my ear, and its shape, she said that wouldnt be the best idea because of how my ear lies against my head; so instead, and per her recommendation, I got a Conch piercing, which I adore; as well as another lip piercing to make Spider Bites- and guess what- NO FAINTING, Not even coming close to; yet she remained conscious of my tendency to almost faint and checked to see if I was okay multiple times throughout the process of the two piercings. On the 4th of March, I will be going in to get my tattoo(finally!), and I am certain that there will be the same level of attention and patience as Ive experienced thus far with my visits. For these reasons alone, I will continue to go to Fallen Angel Tattoo for all my tattoos and piercings.

Fallen Angel Tattoo has restored my faith in tattoo shops, seriously. I called ahead of time to explain how completely disregarded and abandoned I was by a tattoo shop not too far from them, and Carrie assessed my outline and concluded that a tattoo artist name Myk would be a perfect match to finish my tattoo. She told me that Myk worked Fridays and Sundays (today is Saturday) but she so graciously called him for me anyway, just to see if theres a possibility of him coming through. My birthday is Monday and I really wanted my tattoo done before then. After speaking with Myk she said he agreed to come in. Can you believe that? I was so happy!!! Meeting Myk was so amazing. Hes so kind and comforting, he has excellent technique and just made the experience 10/10. His artwork is impeccable. I will never go to another artist as long as hes available. Hes beyond talented and also a genuinely awesome human being. Tonight, Carrie and Myk really made me happy, feel appreciated, and have a great time while being tattooed. Please, go here!!! Theyre perfect!

Ive been here previously for my belly pierced with Carrie and she was super wonderful & extremely knowledgeable with piercing care and just piercings in general. The staff is very friendly and the environment is also welcoming and very clean. I came back and had Darryl for my second cartilage piercing and he was alot of fun, i was a bit nervous to get another cartilage piercing but he put me at ease and exchanged nice conversations which made me feel ALOT more comfortable. I also wanted a different type of piercing (horseshoe piercing for septum) for my cartilage and he was very open to my needs and was satisfied with the result. I havent ever heard anyone say anything foul about Fallen Angel, it is quite a drive for me because I live in Roseville but I DEFINITELY think its worth it, all my friends i know rave and adore Fallen Angel as well because the staff is very professional and really wonderful. The prices are very fair and NOT expensive at all. Dont settle for any other places go to Fallen Angel! You wont regret it! :)

Ive gone here from recommendation from a friend and Ive gotten piercings done by Carrie and Darryl, and Im very happy with the outcome! The staff is very friendly, professional, flexible, and patient. the prices are phenomenal! the environment is very comforting and spotless. When I first came in I was very nervous but they made me feel a ease. They took their time to make sure that the outcome of my piercings was great and spent time cleaning it and also giving me advice on how to care for it. The staff members are very informative and careful, they treat their customers with extra care! Carrie is so patient and friendly, shes a sweetheart; and Darryl was so nice and funny I couldnt stop laughing, I was so relaxed I didnt feel any pain when I got my piercing. I will definitely come back in the future! I highly recommend this place. Ive brought friends here and they were all very satisfied with Fallen Angels work. Definitely check out this place, its amazing. Keep up the great work!

My experience with piercings here have been great. However, when I went in for my first tattoo I brought pictures to give to the artist (Tom) who was going to draw it out for me. I waited three weeks and went in to view the drawing the day before my tattoo was scheduled for and HATED it! I was calm and started making suggestions toward what I wanted and he became very defensive. Every time I pointed something out he said "It has to be like this" and "I cant do it differently." On this tattoo he had items misplaced the scroll wasnt complete, the writing was ghetto when it was supposed to be cursive, there was no shading, and it was VERY animated! I will gladly leave my deposit behind and continue a search for somewhere else! Back to square one. Dont waste your time. At least not with Tom.

I went in and asked to look at the zero gauge plugs they had. I was shown their selection, and found something I liked well enough, some stone plugs. I paid at least 1.5 times what Id pay online, and left. When I tried to put them in at home, they wouldnt fit, and when I compared them to other plugs, they were too big to be zero gauge. I went back the next day and at first they assured me that the plugs are zeros, just really big ones. When they pulled out their measuring device, it clearly showed that the plugs were double zero gauge. After I insisted that they should make some effort to make up for their error I was told to f*** off. I couldnt recommend these jerks any less.

Took my daughter in to get her nosed pierce. Darryl made sure to include me in the decisions, but allow my daughter to be the decision maker. He was extremely nice and made the experience great. She was very comfortable with him and her piercing looks fantastic. He spent time reviewing after care with her and treated her like an adult. Best of all, he stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule. Fantastic place. Highly recommend. If I could give them 10 stars it still wouldnt be enough!!
