I tried to return a product, and the refund came to be less than the actual price. When I confronted the employee (Alex) he said there is nothing he can do! I had to call customer service to resolve this problem and get my full refund + he lacked knowledge on supplements and I didnt get a sorry on my way out.

I dont know how GNC stays in business. The prices are outrageous. I shopped for a specific supplement stack and they wanted around $250.00. I got the exact products online for less than 1/2 of that.....plus I got BOGO free and free shipping. My advice is go anywhere but GNC
