I wouldnt say I had a bad experience, but I wouldnt call it good either. Especially in comparison to some of the other places I have gotten pierced before. All of the workers seemed pretty nice, but either not very knowledgeable, or assumed that just because I have had my ears pierced that I would know what to do for my nose. The guy just told me that I have "had this done before, so I know what to do" instead of actual care instructions. He didnt show me any of the available ring choices either, which freaked me out because my job doesnt allow for super big or obvious facial piercings, so I had to stop and make him explain things to me beforehand as to whether the ring he was using was appropriate. Then after he pierced me I had issues with the ring basically falling out of my nose, which could just be due to a weird ring they use to pierce, or the fact that he didnt know how to put it in properly. I wish he had given me a choice because I have since had issues with the ring coming out or making breathing through that nostril uncomfortable ever since, and I still have 2.5 weeks until I can change it. Overall I wouldnt say they are a bad shop, I mean Ive heard great things from people that have gotten tattoos there, but I would never get another piercing there or recommend anyone else to get one there either.

Went here Saturday for a friends tattoo after leaving a different tattoo parlor who couldnt fit us in and really didnt want to be bothered.....for two weeks! Didnt know what to expect but quickly realized this was her spot. We were greeted and received the initial consult from Jon. We let him know ahead of time what he was in for. He was exceptionally tolerant of our antics and very honest about his thoughts on her vision (or lack thereof.) Jon wasnt available to do her tattoo same day so he referred us to the owner, Andres. He was extremely professional in his own way. Complemented our goofy demeanor perfectly and turned out to be one hell of an artist. He turned my friends vision into reality, took the time to complete it that night and was extremely patient. The tattoo turned out amazing and my friend was over the moon. I highly recommend this shop. Clean, friendly, honest and talented. Cant ask for much more! Well done. She will be back. And if I ever have the guts to get tatted, youd bet Brew City would be my choice.

I had Andre give me my first tattoo a couple of months ago. It was honestly so umcomfortable. When I first got there, the entire staff was outside the door, blocking the entrance, smoking. Once we got it, I sat waiting for about 20 minutes for my artist to get started. While my sister and I were waiting, the staff started eating burgers by their stations, and throwing fries. That doesnt seem super sterile to me. Intially, I was happy with the result until it healed poorly. I thought I had done everything correctly, but my tattoo still came out with big blotches in it. After getting my second tattoo done at rockstar, I realize now its because I was rushed out of the (empty) shop without proper instructions to care for it. I would 110% recommend skipping this place and going straight to Rockstar. Its right down the road, its a TON cleaner, and the staff is a million times better. I recommend Pete Silva III in specific! He saved the tattoo that Brew City butchered.

I went there today, hoping to get a much better experience than my prior ones at other tattoo shops, given the reviews online and the layout of the website of Brew City Tattoos. I was pleasantly surprised to enter and meet Josh, whom I had seen some of his artwork online. At first I was slightly afraid of a repeat of poor customer service like Ive had through other street shops and custom shops, but honestly this is going to be my new go to tattoo shop. Not only was Joshs linework on my tattoo perfectly composed and beautiful, but he was friendly, laid back, personable and confident/professional. He also gave great advice and recommendations for my future tattoo plans. I am glad to say that I plan on going back very soon, once Im not being dried out of money because of college. Thanks Josh!!

I decided to get my septum piercing here because they had the best reviews in my area, and overall I had a relatively good experience. Going through the piercing process itself wasnt too bad (more in depth review for that on Piercings by Lexie), the piercer is such a sweetheart and made the experience enjoyable. The only reason I took away a star is because when I walked in I had to stand around awkwardly for a good five minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. I dont blame them too much for this though because Lexi was in the back with someone and the only other person there was working on someones tattoo. Just didnt like not knowing what I was supposed to be doing, but Ive never been to a shop before so maybe thats normal.

When I first went in there to get a quote, it looked a lot cleaner than other places I checked out. When I went back to get the tattoo, the owner, Andre(?), kind of came off as a hard-headed guy but Im actually really happy that he was that way. He was honest about what he thought of my original idea and he ended up changing it into something I absolutely love. He was super cool during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

So I wanted a smaller tattoo so I came in and showed the guy what I wanted. He immediately said he cant do that because its so small, which showed me that he cant do it considering I have a smaller tattoo from a different shop. He showed me what he could do and it was about 10x the size I wanted. He was rude and unwilling to budge. I didnt even get a tattoo here because he was so unprofessional and rude, so I guess Im taking my business somewhere else.

First step in i was hit with that CLEAN SMELL! Everything was spot on....these guys are on there A game. Josh did my gears of war 4 tattoo & i love it! I will be going back and be getting more gears ink from him! Thank you again for the great tattoo/ experience. Price was great***** Very very clean***** I highly recommend going here over the other places near by*****

I just got back from getting inked by Brian with an "I" at Brew City. He did an awesome job! I love my tattoo and had an overall excellent experience at the shop. I felt very comfortable the whole time and was really put at ease. In fact, I want to bring my mom back for her first tattoo! Andre, the owner, was also super nice, funny, and welcoming! Just go my Hei Matau tattoo done by Matt Wes. This was my first tattoo and Matt Wes was incredible! His skill and artistry was supurb! He is friendly and made the whole experience relaxing. He cares about his work as well as the customer. I was nothing but impressed by his professionalism and detail! Brew City Tattoo is the place to go and it is very clean!
