Great friendly staff, starting with the manager(s.) They go out of their way to make your beverage just how you like it and when youre a regular with a consistent order theyll know before you even say anything. Their parking lot & access off of the street can be a challenge at busy times, but the friendly staff more than make up for it. (And anyway, its not up to the barristas to design the parking, now is it? No!)

As a Starbucks, this location is just fine. However, the locations location is awful. The line to get in the parking lot is usually out in the street during busy times which creates a huge safety issue. People who just want to park have to deal with a really poorly set up Drive Thru system (which is why the line extends well into the street).

Ill be switching to Caribou! Really gone downhill, maybe new management? 3rd time theyve used too much cream despite me asking for just a little tiny bit. Coffee was almost white so I drove back. Was rudely told that next time I should specify how many inches of cream I want. Def not going back to this location.

This location has a terrible parking situation and drive-thru thats why it has three stars. They should really expand the parking to the south of them. The drinks are great and the service is good but this location could really use more parking and stacking spaces.

Pretty typical starbucks experience, but staff are rude and there is only one high chair that is stuck way back in a corner. One of the staff opened the door right into my daughter and hardly offered an apology.

I absolutely love the Starbucks on Hastings. The staff is incredibly nice, helping and energetic. A great place to relax. The drive thru is always long but thats what you get at a great place!!!

Layout on corner has parking for only 8 cars. Expect to wait as drive thru is always backed up in street. Have to park in Roadway Inn parking lot. Poor site selection

Great workers at this location, the drive thru is usually backed up because of the lack of parking. But the staff does a good job on keep moving you through the line.
