If you ever wanted to visit Compton and Detroit at the same time, visit this 7/11. Every day thugs are in there harassing the workers and shoplifting. At night, the parking lot is filled with drug dealers dealing hard drugs right out in the open. Local corrupt police dont respond to shoplifting calls, as a store clerk told me, and as other local shop owners told me. I was assaulted and robbed in this 7/11, and the police treated me even worse. They victim-blamed me for starting a fight, and let my wallet get stolen by the criminal or a corrupt police officer, and didnt arrest the criminal even though there was video evidence of the assault and that I had a wallet. The next day I talked to my clerk friend who works there. He explained that the police are afraid of the gangs. The clerk who was there at the time refused to leave the store to talk to police, and police refused to enter the store to talk to the clerk. My clerk friend explained that the clerks dont have greencards and dont want further harassment from thugs, or to be deported, so thats why they dont talk to police. While I was talking to my store clerk friend about this, an eavesdropping thug verbally threatened me for talking to police. He had been watching me from a distance the night before. This whole area is terrible. Later I found out that on the night of the assault, the store clerk charged to my credit card the items that the thug didnt pay for, as if it were my fault he didnt pay for items he was never planning to pay for in the first place.

2 years ago, the store was gross. Parking lot was filthy and the cashiers sucked. Now the store is always clean as is the lot. The cashiers are nice and helpful which is surprising for its location. Great store now

Its not the place its the people they ask almost everygirl that comes n there if they know any working girls there all pervs even asked a mother if she was a prostitute
