Its a fairly big, run down ware house with big rolls of fabric. I mostly sew garments, people who love home decor fabric and/or cheap polyester fabric will love this place. They barely have any knits and apparel fabric that is not chiffon. They do have lots of stretch velvet though! I ended up buying everything I liked which was a bit of underwear elastic ($ 0.50 a yard), vinyl fabric in 4 colors ($7 a yard) and shiny 4 way stretch spandex fabric in gold ($8 a yard). The bathroom is in the basement and it smells horrid down there (and looks like you are entering a movie set of a horror movie) but the bathrooms are clean (no paper though) There where two men working there, one was ery nice, the other one was creepy. I might go back in fall for some stretch velvet, but thats about it. I wasnt convinced...

One of the best fabric shops in the state. IMO, youd have to go to Oregon to get better deals than at Fabrics For Less. Best faux leather, best selection for costume fabric, HUGE corner of trims, ribbons, and notions. There is also Indian clothing and fabric. Spandex/Lycra selection is pretty nice, too. Just let the shop attendants know what fabric youd like, and theyll cut it where it is - dont carry around the fabric. Its never been too busy to get help. Go here. I love it.

I never knew about this place until recently! Its a big store with lots of fabric for a good price. That have a whole bunch of trims and spools of thread for cheap too! Recently I went there to look at fabrics for a wedding and the nice man running it let me take a couple of swatches. Definitely coming back since its conveniently located across from JoAnns fabric and has a bit of a different variety, especially the stretch spandex fabric (great for costumes!).

I love this place. Great prices, nice staff, big selection. Ive come here many times when Im looking to get fabrics for decor or costumes, much bigger bang for my buck than going to youre typical fabric stores. Its kind of my secret fabric store. Ill be making a trip there today looking for the perfect color chiffon, they have so many rolls of it, much more affordable than any place else. Great trims too.

If you are looking for bargain bolts or more than ½ yard then this place has pretty decent prices. They also offer a large selection of trim and ribbon. They have a huge selection of Lycra fabric. The smell inside can be improved a little, you have been warned that it doesnt smell like roses.

I had a great experience shopping there. You do have to do a little treasure hunting, but you will always find a good deal. I wish that you could purchase items online for people who dont live in Western Washington.

Its like some of the older garment district stores, back east. Rolls of fabric on tables, you get the salesperson to cut your length, there! Great selection for costumes, dance, decorating. Amazingly inexpensive!
