Im not an avid coffee taster, but this place has some good stuff for good prices. Even the regular bottled chocolate milk was a normal price, not as expensive as most third party retailers would sell it for. Customer service was great, she over filled my drink so she let me sip it down then filled it back up to where it should be. Music is pretty loud. Personally it doesnt bother me, but Im not the kind of person who sits and chats over coffee. Just something to consider if you are that person. Side note: if your glass is cracked, you dont get an entire new beer filled to the top, you get a new glass with the rest of the beer you paid for. Why would they refill you for free just because the glass wasnt perfect? As long as it doesnt spill or leak out, you should be fine.

A very unique coffee bar with lots of unique choices including beer infused with coffee. They also have nice food choices. We went on a Saturday morning it was very crowded with a very long ordering line. We were able to find a table for two and our food and beverages came out quite quickly considering how busy they were . I would definitely go back again. As this was my first visit the staff was very helpful in explaining the different coffee drinks as the menu was not something I was familiar with. We also ordered a breakfast sandwich and a protein ball which I had never seen before but was very tasty. The breakfast sandwich was a good value and I would have that again as well.

Went about 1145 on a Friday. Big mistake. I waited in line for about 15 mins. The music was so loud I could hardly hear the wait person at the counter. The crowd was loud trying to talk over the music, the people working behind the counter weer my also. I was concerned about how long the wait wad going to be and rightly so. With as many people as there were behind the counter there shouldnt have been such a wait. They were friendly and all but the service was poor and the product was disapointing. Sad, I like using local services. As many times as Ive heard people on here complain about the wait and the music, youd think the owner would wise up and do something to change it

I have been stopping in here since it was a Forza coffee. Was always a nice little social spot, but mostly filled with kids. I love how Bryan has opened it up to a more broad atmosphere without exclusion. The decor is a industrial modern rustic, (very cool). It is great that they use a local coffee roaster, Dillanos Coffee Roasters. Excellent tasting beans! Bryan and his crew are a caring and sincere bunch who make you feel welcome and relaxed the second you walk in the door. They have fun and enjoy sharing that with their friendly customers that they treat like family. I came for a good cup of coffee, and stayed for a great atmosphere! Thank you!!

Actually, Ive never enjoyed anthems. If you dont look, walk, talk, act, dress in their clickish way, they ,the employees, will almost vibe you out. You arent welcomed if they dont think you fit in there. The food could be better, their employees could probably be better and more welcoming to everyone. I rather spend money elsewhere and not feel like Im not welcomed. Also. Because of how the employees are in makes the customers the same. I didnt know that it was cool to have an establishment that is there solely to judge everyone that isnt what they find cool

Their coffee is so good but their seating is garbage, service is nothing special, and it sucks having to stand there waiting for 20 min like you are in the way of everyone because the place is packed with 100 highschool kids. Get a drivethrough window. Location is trash too... The only parking is streetside on a busy street with no lights or in their 4 spots they share with an activity center. I wish there was a stand or something that just sold their coffee. Because everything about this place sucks other than the coffee itself.

I frequently go to this shop and order 1 Americano and 1 bagel, this morning I went in and there was no line just one person talking to the cashier while three baristas stood around. The cashier is about to take a trip to Hawaii or Cabo or something? Does it matter? No but neither does my business! I got a train to catch, this wasnt the first time I experienced such service at Anthems Coffee it will be the last. Have fun in Hawaii or Cabo Ill get my coffee at Tullys in Seattle on my way to work Aloha.

I had an interesting experience. I ordered a beer and was half way through my drink when I noticed a chip and a crack in the glass cup. I brought the rest of my beer up and simply asked for another beer. Rather than just pour me another beer they dumped the chipped glass of beer in a new glass and handed it back to me. I demanded a new glass and beer and she disgruntingley poured a new glass of beer about 1/4 full and handed it to me wtf.Wtf.

This is a big hipster joint. Dont go there expecting peace and quiet. The music they play is loud and obnoxious, the customers they get are loud and obnoxious. If you dont mind the teen-pop atmosphere, they do make decent coffee (strongly flavored with a considerable amount of sugar), and provide many seatings with power outlet do you can plug yourself in and listen to your own loud and obnoxious music.

Very loud music forced my husband and I and our two kids to drink and run. Plus we ordered two different drinks, a mocha and a caramel macchiato, and they tasted almost exactly the same. I dont know why it is that it seems like Starbucks is the only coffee shop that has distinctive flavors to their drinks. Its probably due to a bunch of chemicals, but at least it tastes good?

Good coffee, TONS of really good options (Ive tried a lot now), and a nice staff. I had to dock this place a star only because often times its WAY to loud to actually have a conversation with someone or drink your coffee in peace. Its usually PACKED which is fine, but maybe with so many people someone could turn down the music? They must like to rock out!

Anthem has become a part of the Puyallup community. In Puyallup its not unusual to hear someone say meet you at Anthem later. The staff is professional and friendly. The food and drinks are very good. One thing I really like is that they have never cross contaminated my gluten free food orders so I highly recommend them if you cant have gluten.

Great coffee and food options. The owners are actively working on the app to make it an even better experience when ordering ahead. I order the iced Americano with an extra shot of espresso, cold breve (half-and-half), and caramel sauce. Less sweet than a white mocha or other frilly drinks, but not as bitter as straight black coffee.

Tried do some work while I was there... The music was WAY too loud. Everyone was practically yelling in order to talk over the music which added to the noise. My ears were actually ringing when I stepped out of the building. Would like to try to go again, but only if you guys lower the volume by 50% at least...
