Jack Dresden

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and an adherence to a bold mission statement makes this shop a gem in the world of Vapor. All of their hardware is authentic and vetted by the staff to suit the needs of a wide demographic. Their juice is phenomenal, competitively priced, and without the cartoony labels and fillers that will end up hurting the juice industry. Their coffee is brewed masterfully from an independent roaster for a unique and complex flavor and with the rewards system, both coffee and Vapor become much more affordable. Overall a phenomenal lounge. Very open minded and respectful atomesphere as far as a place to kick back and enjoy a great coffee while building coils with your friends.

Im from out of town and was here on vacation. Just so happened that I left my vape at the airport and decided to go get another one. When my sister and I got there, the first person to ask us if we needed help was this very informative guy named Jack. The entire time we were there, he answered EVERY question we had without hesitation. I told him the types of flavors I like and pretty much every juice he recommended was spot on! My favorite one that he recommended was Mystery Sour Belt (the flavor changes as you exhale!!!!!!) Every one that we tasted, we ended up leaving with. I highly recommend if you decide to go there, ask for Jack. Awesome work guys. Will def be coming back.

Absolutely awesome. And to the person giving a bad review on here, Ronnie Hoover, who was turned away at the door because she was turned away because she had her 3 yr old with her. First off its State law not the shop making that decision. Second off because of that I would think twice supporting shops who are willing to disobey that law because chances are they are selling to minors. Thirdly whenever I bring my under age son with me the Phoenix Vapor staff has been more than happy to bring my order outside along with my coffee and chat outside the premises to address any questions I might have.

A unique business providing the old-fashioned coffee and cigarette experience, only without the stink and health hazard of the latter. The staff seem well informed with regard to their products, but helpfulness and attentiveness can be hit-and-miss in my experience. Some of their e-liquid is absolutely ghastly, (im thinking "tobacco" flavor, and trying to forget), however they will let you sample before buying. Altogether a neat concept, a comfortable place to hang, and an asset to the community.

They have a wide variety of flavors, as well as vapes for sale. they also have great service and the staff is knowledgeable. They understand the new regulations well, and are doing a great job at adjusting. Also, I dont know of they can still do this, but before the regulations were increased if something went wrong with any piece of your tank, they would fix it right up, free of charge! Ive had MANY great interactions and hopefully will have many more to come.

Great coffee. Bearded Lady cupcakes. The service was friendly, accessible. The space is modest but spacious enough to allow several groups to lively chat without filling the place with noise. I came for coffee not e-cigs. Window seating at tall tables to watch the rain, the city move by or even enjoy a rare day of sunshine. I will be back.

Great place and they even offer a "sample" e-cig for very cheap while you are there. Friendly service, open until Midnight so a great place to go and relax. The big windows make it a great place to "people watch"...honestly, who doesnt like to do that!? :) A+ for them, I hope they succeed because they are deserving.

Even though theyre no longer a Volcano "official" establishment, the owner "John" replaced my Volcano battery without a receipt nearly a year after I bought the item even though their policies are now different. He says all he wants to do is help people quit smoking, as he did, and I believe him.

Waited 40 minutes outside the shop from 10:50 - 11:30. Never opened. I flew out here from AZ and wasted my vacation time on a company that doesnt care to open on time. Dont waste your time, there are a dime a dozen of vape shops that actually care. Thank Phoenix Vapor!

Great service, cool environment. Just didnt like their vap flavors. Their testers are at a 16 nicotine level which is great for people who like that but not for someone looking for low nicotine levels
