We placed an order for 8 macaroons for my birthday to be picked up at 3:30pm the next day. We received a call around 1:30-2pm the day that we were supposed to pick up them up informing us that they didnt have two of the four flavors that we ordered. The guy on the phone sounded like he could not have been more inconvenienced to have to correct their error. I used to work at Frost and I thought that the poor service and insincere customer service was only an issue at the location that I worked at, but this experience made me realize that its just the company. Im sure that each Frost location operates a little differently, but the location that I worked at, whoever opened that morning checked the online orders and made sure the needed product was set aside, especially for customers that prepaid. If for whatever reason we didnt have what they needed/wanted in stock, we would call them ASAP to make sure the issue was straightened out in a reasonable amount of time or so the customer could make other arrangements if the issue was too big of an inconvenience, not an hour - hour and a half before the customer was supposed to pick up their order! I havent had the most pleasant experience with Frost, but I always enjoyed their macaroons, which is why I specifically wanted them for my birthday. If I would have known that I would have been stuck with whatever flavors that you substituted the ones that I ordered but werent available for whatever reason, I would have made other arrangements. Having a horrible experience with Frost as an employee and a less than satisfactory experience as a customer, I am cutting all ties with this company. I will never recommend this place to anyone, this location or the company in general.

On a recent visit, I enjoyed the French cruller and the salted caramel old fashioned donut. A good cruller, in my opinion, should have a moist, slightly eggy interior and a bit of a crusty exterior -- this one fit the bill as described. The salted caramel old fashioned was a nice balance of sweet and salty with the richness of a thick caramel frosting. Someone has clearly spent a good deal of time and effort formulating their recipes. I believe you get what you pay for, and clearly Frost has invested in crafting premium donuts. My only criticism is that the prices do seem a bit high for some of their fancier donuts, up near $3 each at the high end. They have a three tiered system for classic, mid-level, and high-end donuts. Very few of their donuts are considered to be of the classic variety. I suspect if you are headed to Frost its because you are seeking a premium donut anyway. I enjoyed the donuts here, but cant say Frost is going to be my go-to for these fried treats. Perhaps Im just an upper-mid-tiered-donut kind of guy and Frosts donuts strike me as just a bit too precious. Still, if youre into donuts, pastries, or sweets they are definitely worth a stop. My advice: check em out and decide for yourself. They may be just what youre searching for.

Paid for vouchers that I redeemed for punch cards that "doesnt expire" which is the way to pay a reasonable price for their grossly overpriced donuts. I went in to use the last punch on one of my punch cards and an employee I had never seen before bullied me into accepting only half the value of the the $5 punch. WTF. Ripped off. Did not have the voucher with me, so had to search for the details after I got home. The conditions that apply to the punch cards are: FROST Dessert Lounge Punch Card with Four $5 Punches to Spend on Food and Drink Sold by FROST Dessert Lounge Voucher Code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX How to Use This Voucher: Present printed or smartphone voucher upon arrival to receive punch card Enjoy! What You Need to Know: Limit 5 vouchers per purchaser; additional 5 vouchers may be sent as gifts Limit 5 voucher redemptions per individual Limit 1 punch per customer per day Entire value per punch must be used in a single visit by same customer Available for use immediately after purchase If voucher is redeemed on or before the 180th day from the purchase date, customer will receive a punch card redeemable for four $5 visits. Punch card doesnt expire

They have two different counters to place your order. One for donuts, wine, and sandwiches, one for their cafe. I ordered a cappuccino at the cafe counter, the barista seemed very visibly angry and didnt even acknowledge me despite me standing right at the counter. No, "Ill be with you in a minute" or anything, was awkward. When she was finally available to take my order, she was speaking to softly for me to hear and was clearly angry when I asked her to repeat herself. When she was done, it took almost ten minutes for my cappuccino to be made, despite it being almost empty and no other customers were ordering from the cafe section. The drink itself was more than half foam. I understand cappuccino are usually foamy but this was like a quarter coffee and the rest was foam. I had to get a cup and spoon to dig out the excess foam. Also the bathroom was filthy. I might have just come at a bad time but this one visit wasnt very pleasing.

I saw them on Amazon Fresh and was very much looking forward to trying them. Right when I went to order them, they were GONE from the menu. So I called in, and they said that they took them down because they got a "bad review on Amazon".... my god... you withheld donuts from me because you were afraid of getting a bad review. You straight up burned me because you were afraid of bad reviews. I never did get my donuts. Well how about this, touch of frost employees dont wash their hands, and cockroaches freely roam the kitchen. Dont think this is over, I will remeber this slight for decades, and pine for my lost donuts that never were. Please go out of business, you really dont need to be open. Everyone should know how dry and tasteless your donuts are, and how substandard the ingredients are. Maybe next time you wont be withholding donuts. The health department will be receiving some random call ins regarding your establishment.

I really loved this place before they moved. I went in, and the place was SO messy. Garbage everywhere. There were like 5 or 6 people behind the counter, and not a ton of customers, but the tables were all filthy, there was garbage on the floor, and no one seemed to notice? My next complaint was the cupcake I had here. I got the gluten free red velvet, and when I took it out of the box, the wrapper had fallen off, it wasnt even tall enough to sit in the container, so it pushed all the frosting off. The cake itself was less than 1/2" in height, where the frosting was over 2" tall. It was a mess when I took it out of the box! The frosting tasted good, but the cake was dry (maybe over baked as it was so small?) But it was just awful. Stick to donuts guys. Cupcakes are not your forte!

Donuts are nothing special and the Coffee is basic. The staff is all young and standing around doing nothing. Ordered two coffees with coconut milk and one with almond. After being handed both coffees with no milk I was rudely handing sticky boxes of the milk from behind the counter and was told to put it in myself. I apologized to her for upsetting her for wanting what I ordered and she didnt reply so I asked for her name. I will not throw her under the bus because she did her best to be nice after that and even showed me the reciept that shows that the young blonde guy didnt ring up any milk in both coffees. Oh and the childrens play after smelt like pee... yeah I wont be back.
