I am a long-time customer since 2010. My professional advisors recommended that I route all my mail through a post office or private postal mail box. Previous to that, I brought all my copy and booklet printing jobs there. The new owners since 2013 give a personal touch to service. They always greet me coming and going even when they are busy. They have very good copying and printing equipment. Sometimes, print jobs get quite complicated and they figure out how to deliver. Their package handling is very efficient and they get the job done. I enjoy the peace of mind that my valuable packages are safe with them rather than on my doorstep. It also ends the back and forth delivery attempts when Im not home. This and the mail handling are well worth the very reasonable monthly price I pay over and over. Recently, they gave away logo pens to their customers. Those pens were not the cheap variety that many businesses give away. They were very good quality writing pens, which reflects on the care the new owners give to their product and service.

As other reviewers on YELP have stated, the owner who is always working there is incredibly rude. She should stop ruining peoples morning/afternoon with her condescending bad attitude. I go in at least once a month and she is always rude. Im a very friendly person, so i know its not me offending her. She is offensive, right off the bat for no reason. After this last encounter with her, I am going to stop supporting her business and shop elsewhere.

WORST SHIPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I REQUESTED INSURANCE AND THEY CHARGED FOR IT AND NEVER PUT IT ON - THEN LOST MY PACKAGE ON TOP OF IT AND REFUSED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF IT.
