Went there to get fried chicken. Asked the clerk if it was fresh, she said I just got here and asked her coworker and she said about it has been out about 30 minutes. It was all dry so I asked if they could cook some fresh. She said it takes about 20 minutes. I said okay. Another guy approached and asked the same thing, he was not happy, so he left. So now I over heard the clerk talking about theses people getting on her nerves and they should just take what is already prepared. Now if she were the customer she would have done the same thing. Not take the dried up chicken. So now the chicken is done and they throw my chicken into the box with the dried up potato wedges, which I threw in the trash. I will not return to that store and be treated so rudely. I was at the Royal Farms at 4:20 Wednesday January 4th. Clerks need to be fired.

Every time you walk in this store you get the leave me alone I hate my job dont ask me nothing attitude from most of the employees !!! Jenn is wonderful and always greets me with a smile and a how are you today type welcome, now Tenille is the most arrogant dont bother me type Ive ever met! My wife and I and friends and family refuse to visit this store after numerous times of bad attitude and extremely long waits because someone feels its not their place as a manager or assistant manager. Needless to say we will go around the corner to the Wilco soon to be Raceway where we are made felt welcome and not have to wait 20 minutes just for coffee and a pack of cigarettes !!!!check your video feed and you will see who is doing their job!

Clean your windows and empty your trash while fueling up at one of the 16 gas pumps to choose from. All while music is playing in the backround. Gas reciepts printout at pump but you must choose yes before you start pumping gas. Open 24 hrs with decent facilities. Has an air pump and redbox movies machine. atm machine inside Cheap cigarettes and hot food. Lines to checkout can get busy at peak hours.

Fantastic food, only giving 1 star because of the elderly African American gentleman who sells me alcohol between the hours of 1-4am who typically rolls his eyes and has a dismissive attitude that insinuates he isnt a gas station clerk. Their day crew is phenomenal, just be wary of showing up past 11 or youll be treated as an inconvenience.

I came in to get some chicken , usually Jen does a great job with my order. Tonight unfortunately there was a different lady working the food station. My food was completely awful. I return to exchange my food and all I got was a " well that will be twenty minutes". I felt like I wasnt even a customer that just spend his twenty.

The Butterfly Effect

I love this store. I go every payday for the cheapest cigarette prices around. The food is fresh, made to order, and amazingly delicious. The gas isnt always the cheapest but is always at a competitive price with other stations around. By far, my favorite convenience store to visit. 7/5

The store was dirty. Bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks had a horrible smell. Very gross, staff was not friendly. The place had a horrible smell. I walked in and walked out never will go back. This location has went down hill quick.

Charged 1.45 for refills when a sticker on both machines says refills are $1.19. We spend a lot of $ in your stores in York county Va we work less than a mile away . Not good Royal Farms!!!!
