My very first tattoo was done by Micky and I was very happy with the way it was turned out but I feel like it needed touched up (many others opinions said so as well) which was supposed to be free but unfortunately he quit. Jordan (the owner) gave me the heads up that Micky quit and my touch appointment that I had scheduled was going to be with another artist and they would still take care of me.... So I went in for the appointment and Tony said right off the bat said; "I have another person coming in 15 minutes, so what do you want done? " when I showed him, he shot me down right away and said "that the tattoo doesnt need touched up at all but if you really want it done, I will do it for $100!". I was in shock that he wanted to charge me anything (even though I was planning to tip him well) and I felt his whole attitude about the situation like I was a burden on him!!?! That was 2 weeks ago and since then I had been calling everyday leaving messages AND emailing them trying to get the owner to call me so I could find out where Micky went OR if Jordan (the owner) could do my touch up instead of Tony but no answer whatsoever! End result.... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT EXPECT SOMEONE TO CONTACT YOU BACK UNLESS ITS THEIR IDEA TO CONTACT YOU! Tony was awful to deal with!! :( P.S. I gave them one star only because I had to, in order to post this but I would not recommend this place to anyone!

RECENTLY (JAN) A BAD ELEMENT WAS FIRED FROM HIS JOB NOT BECAUSE OF HIS WORK BUT BECAUSE OF HIS EXTREEM BAD ATTITUDE AND HATRED FOR THE WORLD IN GENERAL NOW THE GUY WITH HIS FACE TATTOOED IS FISHING FOR JOBS ANYWHERE THAT WOULD HIRE HIM STATE OF THE ART TATTOOING OVER THE YEARS HAS BUILT A GOOD POSITAVE REPUTATION DUE TO THE GREAT CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BEEN COMING FOR LITULARLY GENERATONS THE OWNER AND DAUGHTER AND OTHER GREAT TATTOO ARTISTS THAT WORK THERE PRIDE THEM SELVES ON CREATING THIS CREATIVE, POSITAVE AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE .THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS FIRED WAS ONE OF THE OWNERS BEST DECISIONS STATE OF THE ART HAS PROBABLY EVER MADE AFTER 21 YEARS THIS IS THE PLACE WHERE EXPERIENCE IS KEY .i HAVE ALOT OF TATTOOS AND HAVE ALOT OF FRIENDS THAT ARE HEAVLY TATTOOED BY SOME OF THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS .I HIGHLY RECOMEND SOTAT THIS PLACE IS EVEN BETTER NOW

Been coming here for over 20 years and I would never go anywhere else. Dont you want to be able to say that after you get a tattoo? Everyone is always friendly, helpful and always professional...combined with knowledge, experience, personal attention and the best and most talented artists anywhere around here. I trust Jordan implicitly or I wouldnt be getting a tattoo. If you are thinking of getting a tattoo, or if youre thinking of getting another one, this is the only place to consider. Love them... Ill travel from wherever I am to come back here for the next 20 some years...or more.

We got a family tattoo by Tony. He did them exactly how we wanted them. All 4 tattoos are done to perfection just how we described to him!!! If any of us want another tatoo we will defiantly return to Tony.. He is a pro at his profession!! We highly recommend state of the art tattooing, all of the staff was very friendly.
