Service is fast, options are basic, good luck finding hard to find stuff and special orders can take up to two years randomly. The staff usually has a very basic understanding of the products they sell and rely heavily on their computers for more information which can easily be obtained yourself on their website. The website is hardly accurate too. It might say that a store has several bottles of a product in store but once you get there they do not. It may be wise to call ahead to confirm, but they cant set it aside for you regardless.

Clean, well stocked and displayed. Always nice customer service. Giving 4 stars for the parking situation and how hard it is to get in there. Annoying to drive around in circles for a space closer than the lot on other side of Harris Teeter. Also have to avoid getting into an accident or hit by another driver rushing to take next spot that may open closer to building.

Just your average Virginia ABC store where the alcohol is way overpriced compared to other states. The workers are friendly. We need to relax our liquor laws.
