This donut shop is overrated. The execution of the different types of donuts is poor, the donuts were fairly dry, the toppings were stale, you can literally get a better donut at Shoppers Food. Sorry. Alternatively, go to Ducks donuts, for a made to order fresh, hot, melt in your mouth cake donut. While the comparison between a Duck Donuts cake type donut and a yeast type donut like these is a stretch, a donut is a donut, and these just dont cut it. These Donuts are not made fresh to order like Duck Donuts, and are sold after sitting for a while in a pastry case. They taste and feel like it. Lastly, they are ridiculously expensive. about twice the price per donut as Duck Donuts, Dunkin donuts, Krispy Kreme, and on. For the taste, this is a rip off. Either drop the prices or step up the baking game.

Finally a quality donut shop in Stafford! I often purchase donuts in bulk for trainings and rewards for people at my job. I will be excited to bring these to events for everyone as they are fresh, delicious, and unique to other donut shops in the area. I do still love DD, Shoppers, and KK, but these to me are the best so far. I have had Duck Donut as well but not enough to compare or even care (as the nearest location is far from here for now). I will be in tonight to pick up 24 of them for a get together!

Wanted to see what all the rave is about in Stafford about Sugar Shack. Went when they first opened service was good. Went beforre work and drive thru customer service was horribke! Kids asked to go and drive thru service was horrible again! I refuse to spend.my money to pay someones salary who could care less about the service theyre paid to give. Have an attitude or dont want to work stay home!! Always a young lady with black hair who is rude! Not spending my money here any longer

We got 3 donuts in a beautiful box. One had coconut, one salted caramel and the other was a cinnamon roll. I was told that they were " premium" donuts and paid $2.50 ea for them. The cinnamon roll was unedible. The others were ok but we didnt finish them. Save your money and go to Dunkin Donuts and get 6 for what i paid for 3. This place will be out of business soon.

Great tasting donuts and the drive thru is convenient. Service could be a bit more friendly or even show a little bit more of cheerfulness. A few times we ordered Boston Cream donuts and received a powdered covered or something other than a chocolate covered Boston Cream. I know.... shame on me for not specifying but shame on them for not clarifying.

Decided to stop and try them out because I wanted to do something nice since weve been fighting cancer in my home for the last year. The staff was wonderful. The donuts looked beyond perfect. I get home and start to eat one and find a hair in between the donut and the icing. Needless to say I was done...

The donuts are delicious, the staff is friendly, but the real star in my book is the COFFEE. I tried the lavender mocha latte today and it is basically perfection! You have got to stop by and try it out. I also feel the need to say this is the only coffee place in town that has a drive through. :)

Theres something special about these donuts. The dough is made differently than other chain store brands. Comparable to the famous Voodoo donuts on the West Coast. The staff expertly and patiently explain their menu of donuts and coffee. Great attitude and a great customer service skills.

Not going back. First time was cool. Second time stood in line for a long time. Saw the dounuts my son wanted tried to order them and she said she cant grab from drive through. Funny thing is they did the first time. Thanks for wasting my time. I will go somewhere else.

Delicious donuts. Interesting off menu selection just ask at the drive thru or counter. Super friendly staff. If they dont have the donut you want ready to go, they will ask the kitchen if they can make it on the spot. If they have the ingredients they will make it.

Very tasty donuts. I got a few different ones, but the maple bacon is my favorite. Excellent customer service and nice little shop to grab a donut and sit on their patio. Little pricey, but worth the cost for the phenomenal donuts and lattes. Highly recommend!

Two dozen assorted donuts and a cup of coffee cost $35, FAR more than their competitors. Their donuts are slightly better than Dunkin Donuts, but not THAT much better. We need a Krispy Kreme in Stafford because they have better donuts and cost far less.

Great coffee!simply fresh and flavorful. the donuts are unique and festive for all of the sesons its fun to see what they will have next time. I make sure to stop by every morning on my commute befor work after my visit i know my work day will be perfect

The donuts are to die for! What could be more decadent than chocolate frosted donuts with chocolate chips. OMG. The Pumpkin latte tastes just like Pumpkin pie. Yum. The staff was polite and courteous. Please try this out. You wont regret it.

Dropped in during the soft open weekend and i was amazed at the friendly service and the quality of the donuts. The first day open the choices were limited but those available we delicious. Looking forward to trying the coffee next!

I love Sugar Shack donuts. They offer a large variety of delicious donuts, and their flavors seem to change almost daily. Extremely friendly staff, and a homey atmosphere. Exactly what you want in a quality donut shop.

Sugar shack in fred was a nice experience. Ordered a half dozen donuts in the stafford loation, the guinness bombs. What a dissapointment, the last two bites had irish cream filling in 2 of the 6, not for $4 a piece.

Great donuts and good coffee. Consider it sort of like a boutique style donut shop like youd expect to see in the city. Expect to pay a bit more than the Dunkin Donuts which is half a mile away.

Wow! Just picked up 18 doughnuts (first time here) and we absolutely loved it. Bacon doughnut was amazing. My husband loved his caramel one. Sugar Shack puts Dunkin and Krispy Kreme to shame.

Costly, donuts dont taste fresh after one day. They have a different selection from places like DD and wawa/7-11 but not worth the price. Better off grabbing a box from the grocery store
