No one ever answers the phone when I call there. I just called. That is what brought me to do this review. My dad shopped there and while he got rung up, the cashier said I have to leave for a minute. She left him there for a considerable amount of time with half if his groceries on the belt waiting for completion. There is no consideration for senior citizens and the handicapped at this store. There are not enough clerks working during peak hours to check out customers. The lines get too long and anyone that is old or handicapped will suffer from long wait times. The self-service scanners are dirty and dont work well. On most occasions, if you use self-check out, you will need to have a store clerk assist. At times, no one is in the front helping, so you have to press help and again wait for a considerable amount of time for help. There are two people that work there that are nice. But they dont do much. The small carts are never brought into the cart area, so shoppers that need a cart, but purchasing a small amount of items, have to use a regular full-sized cart. Sometimes customers need a cart just to keep balance when walking in general. Again, no consideration. Imo and Ive heard from other shoppers that go there, this is the crappiest Neighborhood Walmart ever.

Every time I go to the gas pump the attendee is 1. Never behind the window or if they are 2. Appear to be sleeping or doing something other than their job. On 3 separate occasions I have stood at the window to prepay for gas for more than 3 minutes waiting on the attendee to even notice Im there. Today the attendee was talking to a "customer" outside and I had to say something to get her attention back inside . Wal-Mart really needs to get back on the good side of customer service. Maybe hire people who care a little a more about their job. This review is solely about the gas station attendees. My experience with the store itself would be a 4 star. The only thing they could work on is having more lanes open when needed.

Neighborhood Website says open 24 hrs except pharmacy is 9a-9p. What they dont bother to put on their website is you cant do pickups or returns after 8pm. So.....I have to come back here first thing in the morning to pick up items I ordered online when Im supposed to be someplace else and tomorrow is the last day I can pick them up or they get shipped back!!!! The manager was here, the door where the items are waiting for pickup was open....so whats the problem? I tried to call before I came and let the phone ring several minutes but nobody answered. This is crazy!!! My husband needs the pants for his new job and the local stores didnt have them in stock. Needless to say..... Im highly ticked off!!!

I bought salad in a plastic container last evening and put it in the crisper of my refrigerator. I opened it this afternoon and it was awful. It was very wet and the leaves in the middle were brown and smelled horrible. The expiration date was November 11 2015. I shop at this Walmart once a week and spend closet to $200. The only thing consistence in this place is they are always out of what you need and the dates are close to being bad and the people running the show could care less about you. From now on Ill be taking my business across the street to food lion.

Rotting fruit and vegetables. Gray meat. Rude and stinky people working. Never stocked. Dirty bathroom. Not one person working will even look up to great you. Dont ask for any help because all youll get is attitude. One person working checkout who never speaks to you. Management is always out side smoking and cutting up. If you can catch them inside they pretend to not hear you. Ive only ever talked to one that actually helped and went beyond what i have come to expect, but hes no longer at that store.

Not super busy, but Walmart seems to know this and there were no lanes open.... I mean you have 8 or 9 self checkout lanes and cant even open but 2 or 3....then when I get to checkout the machine says no cash...that tells me it doesnt have money in it. I get not having live cashiers if your not too busy. But why not open all your self checkout lanes.

This is a Wal-Mart grocery store, not a full size Wal-Mart. The selection of food is about the same as a full size Wal-Mart and prices are below other brand name grocery stores in the area. We shop between this store and the Challenger Av. Wal-Mart as they are about the same distance from where we live. Employees at both stores are helpful and friendly.

Its still a Walmart, so the usual lack of actual open registers applies. They do have self checkout, but is only good when buying few items. Have also visited a couple of times recently and the deli has been closed mid-day due to lack of staff. Good thing Food Lion is across the road because you may end up there.

This store can never give any change, everytime I go in there for just $4 in quarters they can never seem to be able to give change. Customer service is there for a reason, and the registers always seem to be short. When we all know they have extra rolls. Food lion is much better going there from now on.

I want to do all my shopping here BUT the items I want are continuously out of stock on shelves especially near weekends and the produce is often close to rotting, if not out of date. It is very disappointing that I cannot rely on the store to have items. I often end up across the street at food lion.

Convenient, but only 1 or 2 registers open during busy times, and self pay, sometimes Ive stood there waiting for assistance (once for about 10 minutes)and no ones around. They need someone on self checkout around the clock.

The last several times I shoped here they only had self checkout open. Checking out a whole cart of produce on a self check machine is bullsh/%. Thankfully food lion is only 100yards away and they employ human cashiers.

Easy in and out. Groceries and necessities are easy to find without having to walk through a huge super size Walmart. Lots of self check out isles. You can fill up your vehicle on the way out, too!

Clean, well lit, not overly busy, and much easier to stop in here than a full size Wal-Mart. It also took over a property that had been unused for as long as I can remember.

The staff is SO friendly and the prices are quite good compared to other stores in the area. The downside is that when its busy the store tends to be understaffed.

Walmart is a "Go to" night and day. If the product purchased was a trial or mistake you can return it. Shoppers accomodated very well, all things considered.

Has decent selection of items just good luck w getting help if you cant find something. And they dont have bakery and the delivery dosent write on the cakes.

Clean, neat, and has a lot of variety. Lots of organic and hard-to-find things like almond and coconut flours. Offers a fair selection of gluten-free.
