Bad service especially during certain sneakers releases,they false adverstise and then switch up when you get to the store,they charge to get a ticket to buy shoes on top of buying the specific shoe. Shady store with the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed

Legit store but communication skills of employees are lacking . Im not sure what they go through daily but at least speak up , make things clear , and speak with more confidence. Hope to give a better review in the future
