Extremely competent and caring people work at this Rite Aid. I always feel so comfortable when I go in there. They are so willing to help, and waiting time is almost non-existent. If there is a problem that I may not feel warrants a doctors visit, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable in over the counter drugs that can be used until I feel that it is appropriate to see a doctor. One employee, Barbara, just retired from there and we had become friendly and she was always so nice to me and to my husband. As far as I can tell, the employees that are there now are just as nice. I find that I can save money using Rite Aid OTC drugs instead of brand names sometimes, and their prices are comparable with other stores or lower. Kudos to the employees at this Rite Aid!

Waited for 55 minutes to have a prescription filled. Only 1 person ahead of me whos been here for over an hr. Poor customer service. Will NEVER come back!!!! Had a basket full of items to purchase. They can keep it!!!!!!
