I just had the MOST BIZARRE incident at this location. My partner asked the older black lady for 10 in gas, and then he hands me a 20 to pay because I wanted to buy a couple taqitos, Monterey Jack chicken to be precise. I start by saying "hi, are the taqitos done?" And she just blankly stares at me not saying a word. She literally just was batting her eyelids. I thought she was having a stroke sort of. So I asked again,"Are your taqitos done? Cooked?" And finally she speaks only to say..,. "What now?" I wasnt quite in rage mode so I gave her another chance to redeem her petulant attitude. "May I please have 2 Monterey Jack chicken taqitos?" I said. "Okay," she says, "what kind do you want?" I just about gave up and died there on the floor just so shed have to deal with the hassle of calling 911 to report a dead body....I kid of course. I just told her nevermind I dont need any monetary jack taqitos, Im in a rush. She obviously could sense my frustration, yet didnt bother to try to correct the situation. If you go back and read this review you will see just how many times I asked specifically for MONTERAY JACK CHICKEN TAQITOS!!! This woman was being totally childish taking her bad life choices out on someone else- I have a feeling she does it to many people. It was baffling and extremely rude. Stay away from this place if you can.

employees were clueless to prices of tobacco products and when I found a sign hanging from the ceiling with a lower price than the register rang it they refused to honor it. They said the anger knew the sign wasnt correct and didnt feel like changing it. Ive dealt with the manager before and she is more clueless and much more rude than the other employees. This will be my last time using this 7-11.

Theres nothing in the store that is worth the tolerance you will have to build for the lack of decency from employees or the misguided transfers of their corporate complaint service
