I went to Swarovski store at Pentagon mall and I liked some items that I really wanted to buy especially there was 40% discount so I chose a crystal bell with a holder , I asked the assistant about them she said that both the bell and holder are on sale , I said ok I will take them , when I was waiting for the price I noticed that the lady (in charge) made the discount on the bell only , I told her the discount on both but she said no the bell only I said ok I dont want them , then she said ok I will make discount on the holder ,,,, when I returned home and checked the price on the holder it was put after the discount ,,,,,,,,I want to ask you whether this ladys action is acceptable? I think this is kind of cheating both the customer and the company ,,, so I will not buy from this store any more.

Buyer Beware!! Swarovski is one of the retailers who is holding on to a 14 day return policy that is outmoded - this is actually true of their online stores as well. I bought a gift for my wife to give to her over the 4th of July but she did not like it. I went to return it and was informed of the 14 day return policy. (Does anyone have time to return anything within 14 days in Northern VA?) The return policy was barked at me like I had stolen something from their store. Looks like I have made my last purchase because of some ill tempered store manager. Hope I can dissuade others from making the mistake I did.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. They really need some customer service training. I came in wanting to buy a necklace, the cashier/ sales representative was so rude I didnt. She literally talked the store out of a sure sale by having such a repugnant attitude.
