This was my sisters and my first time at any Forever 21. We absolutely loved the clothes and the prices. However, we didnt like a few things about our experience. First off, when we walked in, we saw shoes dumped all over the floor, and shirts strewn about. It was a Saturday so I figured they were very busy and hadnt got to it yet. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go in there, because they only have one stall per gender for a three-story store. Also, that one stall has a lock on it, and you have to get a manager to put in the code and unlock it for you. When we finally found an associate to ask about it, he said that all of the managers were in a managers meeting and that he was not allowed to leave the register. The associate was very polite, but I just couldnt believe they would have a managers meeting on a VERY busy Saturday. Maybe they should hold those after hours?? He eventually decided to leave his post and let us in the bathroom, but when we got in there, there was no toilet paper! Also, a very long line formed behind us because apparently a LOT of other girls had to use the bathroom, too. Then, my sister wanted to put some items on hold, because we had to leave and meet my family for dinner and then we were going to come back and finish shopping. We put them on hold upstairs, and when we came back, we asked the guy upstairs for her items and he dismissed us saying that they would be downstairs. When we went downstairs, they looked for our items for at least 20 minutes and couldnt find them, finally telling us that they must be upstairs. A nice associate (manager?) went upstairs for us and got them so we didnt have to go all the way back up. I dont know why that one guy upstairs told us they would be downstairs without even looking first. I definitely didnt like that. Overall, though, we would definitely go back to this store. Very cute clothes, and great prices. Please build one in Pensacola, Florida!!!!

Quality is nonexistent at Forever 21, which is to be expected. Its almost unfair to rate them on quality. Clothing and accessories are up-to-the-minute trendy and wildly inexpensive, which makes buying silly pieces on a whim easy and guilt-free. Items are very cheaply made and wont last, but their pieces are so trendy youll likely tire of them and be ready to move on at the same pace. This particular F21 is three stories and takes up half of a city block, which makes it utterly cavernous. Merchandise is infinite and beckoning from every square inch of the store. Service is friendly although not usually too keen on helping locate an item. The space is massive and hit or miss in terms of organization; lines for dressing rooms and registers can be quite long. Best to go during off hours. F21 isnt somewhere to build your wardrobe, but when in the mood for fun accessories or loud pieces, its worth a whirl. It brings out the high school girl in everyone.

The front of the store is organized, but as you go further into the store it becomes more and more messy. There is some sense of how the staff is arranging the clothes (ie. Type, color) but the racks are overfilled and there are clothes everywhere. Downstairs is a disorganized as well. There is no sense of how the items are being arranged besides the fact what is clearance and what is not. It did not help that at checkout despite there being a huge line, they only had 2 cashiers available. I dont think its the staffs fault, they seem extremely understaffed and that store is large. Hire more people!!

I work a block away & often favor shopping in lieu of lunch. I have had some positive experiences. I brought my four year old daughter with me one Saturday afternoon. She picked out some jewelry & were wrapping up to leave when the security guard asked if I had seen the clothes for her size downstairs. I asked where & an associate overhead the question & walked us down there. I dont usually ask for help on the floor & I do notice that the associates seem more interested in socializing than working but I have been a fan of Forever 21 for almost a decade. Not gonna let any bad apples spoil te bunch.

Im SO bummed, because I love the style of the clothes & the price, but they have the WORST return policy EVER. You cannot get your money back on anything, for any reason. You can only do exchanges or get store credit for items with tags still attached after 21 days. I bought a dress from this store a couple weeks ago, and only wore it three times before the seams on the bottom of the dress and the chest area started falling apart! It is very poorly made and I dont think I can fix it! It isnt wearable anymore. I dont think Ill ever go back to Forever21.

Messiest most dirty store Ive ever seen! I was shocked to find clothing EVERYWHERE on the floor with employees walking right by and not picking one thing up. This store is big and has the potential to be beautiful but they need to bring in professional management to lead employees. The escalator wasnt working so I had to use the elevator to get down to first floor (yes, store is 2 whole levels), when the elevator door opened I was greeted by boxes...i thought i was in a back room or something. Just awful experience.

I like this Forever21 for its convenient location, but as of late it has been very disorganized. You cant really tell one collection from another because the clothes are mixed everywhere. Also the ground floor, and upper level seem to be used as a place to just throw clothes around. Plus the ground floor smells like a moldy mop. I get so turned off...and I usually walk out and go to H & M next door. Customer service is ok. This place was everything when it first opened.....since then maybe management changed?....

I will never come back to this location. The manager of this store doesnt do her job. The store is a mess, cant find assistance and the line to the register was out of the door with only one cashier working and he was not in any rush to help customers. I waited in line over 25 minutes, and almost walked out if it wasnt for my daughter who really wanted a jacket from this store. Never again, stay clear of this terribly managed location.

No customer service at all. There was one person who seemed like she wanted to be there. The security follows you around the entire time and is not helpful at all. What makes this store the worse, nothing is cohesive. Trying to shop in an disorganized store and be followed like you are a thief is a recipe for disaster. Do not go here. Go to Tysons corner. Better service

Went to register and wanted a spare bag to put my jacket and scarf in, asked the lady and got a response back of "We dont hand out extra bags" very rudely. Im sorry but I just spent 60 dollars at your store , would it kill you to give me a 5 cent bag?!? Store was clean and stuff was cheap just that one lady ruined my experience at Forever 21.
