I am incredibly displeased with Swarvoski in the Towson Town Center today in Maryland after an awful experience with a sales associate in the store. I have been a loyal customer with Swarvoski for years and have spent a lot of money on their products but I can say for sure that I will not be back. I bought a beautiful crystal bracelet with them and after the clasp breaking I returned it to a store nearby to send it in for a repair. The woman helping us was extremely helpful and sent the bracelet out to get fixed. She then told us that we could purchase the same bracelet from the store that day so that I could have it until I got my new one back from being repaired. She said that when we got my repaired bracelet in that I would be able to return this same bracelet I just purchased along with the receipt and bag in order to receive store credit and buy something different. I got called in today to come back and pick up my repaired bracelet and I brought along my bracelet we bought with the receipt and bag and the sales associate was extremely rude and did not want to give me store credit for this bracelet because there was a small scratch on the clasp. We explained to her that this is not what the previous sales associate had told us. Why would we pay $150 for an exact replica of this bracelet if we did not believe it could be returned or exchanged when my repair one came in. We even explained to the sales associate that we would pay a fee for the tiny scratch (which neither of us could even see) and she would not accept that either. I also told her that I was planning on purchasing some earrings and more jewelry today as well. She did not care. So I just walked out of there with two identical bracelets which I paid over $300 for, absolutely no new merchandise, and Swarvoski has now lost a loyal customer of years because of a lazy sales associate and a scratch that could have been fixed within 30 seconds from a quick polish. Extremely disappointed.

I called ahead to put an item on hold, and when I got to the store, the associates there looked right at me and proceeded to ignore me. I stood there and waited, watching them the whole time and after ten minutes, they realized I was not going to leave and reluctantly rang me up, casting dirty looks my way. I guess I didnt look rich enough because they were extremely pleasant to the other customers in expensive brand-name clothes. I would have walked out if I hadnt been looking everywhere for that specific item to give to my mother-in-law. These guys hate money!

The customer service is ridiculous; they are rude and uneducated about Swarovski products and how to work with customers in general. The lady who I spoke to just told me "then dont buy any Swarovski products" - thats their motto I suppose.
