Crappy customer service i spent 50$ on an EGO vapor pen not more then 2 days later the glass tube that holds the liquid in broke not shattered it literally came apart i call and the response i got was "you have to call the manufacturer" ok cool i understand whats the manufacturers number "idk dude theres really nothing i can do for you you can come down and buy another glass its 20$" how do you not have the number to the manufacturer you buy your products from or why are you not wanting to give it to me dam that if i pay 50$for something i expect at least one week to work without defect and if it does come out defective come up with a better solution other then "nothing i can do for you" I WENT TO GARCIA RIGHT AROUND THE BLOCK AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME NEVER WILL I SPEND A DOLLAR AT NORTHERN LIGHTS OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE THERE......

Shitty. I have lived in Burlington a long time and I can say without a doubt that this is the worst head shop in the area- and there are several in Burlington. Unfriendly people who always looked too drugged out to be at work - unlike the workers at all the other head shops. Just stopped in with the intention to make a $400 purchase and had an unpleasant experience with the rude drugged out looking kid behind the counter. I want them to know that I will never be back

Awesome selection, plenty of TUBES! Cases and cases of dry, bub, and unique pieces from all over. Prices were a bit high for my taste (our local shop has crappy hand made pipes that are cheaply made) but they work with you and even take $ off accessories. hands down the best shop in Burlington!

Great customer service, knowledge of the artists as well as various products. Came in its to browse following a weekend at the British invasion. left with an awesome raj Singh piece and headed out of northern lights and then Vermont with a 5 star experience.

Northern Lights is really a great shop. They have great prices, that are really quite low, and very reasonable. Great people, great gift sets. Great selection of bowls and pipes and whatever else you could want. They are MUCH cheaper than The Burn Gallery...

Amazing and friendly staff that take the extra steps to demonstrate the durability of the glass products they sell. Usually playing some chill music and they have a wide range of products from incense to apparel as well. I definitely recommend this place.

I love going into pipe shops and this one I felt welcomed. A couple years ago though I felt very unwelcome, however they have since fired that individual who was very rude and the service has been excellent ever since:)
