I had a really bad experience today. Today I went to the Sandy store, which was a big mistake. I usually go to the West Jordan store. I got some things and went to pay. The line was really long with only one cashier ( Renzo. ) . The person in front of me asked, " Can you guys get more help, theres to many people in line " and Renzo yelled NO. I asked where the manager was and the manager was doing something on the other cashier. He was helping no body. He responded " i am the manager " and I asked him if he could help us, theres way to much people. Plus your cashier is too slow. He responded with " Im too busy. " People where beginning to get really frustrated and they started leaving the store without buying anything. Finally the manager started to help and Renzo, still with the same costumer Renzo was with in the beginning. He was still REALLY SLOW. Then finally it was my turn to pay, Renzo asked for my phone number 4 times yet he keep entering it wrong. He DROPPED the stuff that I bought, on the floor. I will NEVER come back thanks to this.

Great prices for a budding tool gal like me. If I break it, I just go get another one! It was so busy today for the 4th of July sale, but my checkout guy, Renzo was great! Happy and helpful.
