I go to Pawn Depot on a regular. I never had a problem with the employees there. I normally go there to pawn my stuff out for a loan, to pay bills, and when I have the money go back and buy back my stuff. The only thing I wish they had, was a bigger selection of computers, I am a loyal customer and sometimes, I get good deals, and sometimes I dont. But its a great shop to keep in mind if you are looking for something previously owned, or to get some quick cash, without losing your stuff (just long has your buy it back within 30 days, or to make a monthly payment).

These guys are dishonest. Not only the staff, but the owner as well. They sell broken items telling customers that they work and then refuse to work with you when trying to return these items. They even went as far as removing all of the tags and item numbers from the item so that no one would be able to tell it came from there once we tried to take it back. I would never recommend anyone shop here.

We have been coming to pawn depot for years! The new building off of antelope is a great place to find awesome deals! The guys that work there are very professional and friendly and are always giving me great deals! I have also pawned a few things here and they were always willing to work with me on my payments. I just called there to ask if they accept Vinyl records, and the guy was pretty rude. He was short spoken, abrupt, and absolutely no help. The moment I called all I could tell is that he wanted to hang up the phone the whole time. So their deals may be alright, but customer service gets a thumbs down.

I stopped here on the way home from the office the other day, just browsing. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. I ended up purchasing a new-in-box Weber barbecue at a great price. Id happily recommend this store to anyone.

The guy running the place was so rude and condescending. Just because I needed to sell some stuff doesnt mean Im not worth the courtesy if their respect. Yes, its a very clean shop, but its pretty new so they gave that going for them.

Bought a tablet that they told me was unlocked. It wasnt. Tried 3 more tables and all were locked or broken. Dont buy anything here their return policy is credit only for 2 weeks. Just plain ridiculous.

Their open box and used items are the same price as brand new "local pricing" not online pricing. They will strike a deal but not a very good one. Their service is decent but not great.
