We care about all of our clients and givin the opportunity, rectify any issues as we are human and not everything goes as planned. There is a one star review just below that is not warranted. So I have posted the text conversation between her and I to show she is not telling the truth and blowing her experience way out of proportion. As anyone can see her linework is superb, the only thing not finished on this first appointment beside her realistic shading, which I told her would be a second appointment, was the black fill in, in the scroll work. Anyone who knows tattoos can see how much work was actually done in this first appointment. Took my time to make sure her lines were beautiful as lace requires, needless to say this took longer than I expected. I came to a good stopping point. The concert she is referring to, was my sons Kindergarten graduation concert. As the texts show I stayed in contact. Her tattoo was on May 19th, it takes two to three weeks to heal so we can continue with the next session as everyone knows. She knew I was leaving to get married and honeymoon the first week of June as did all of my other clients. She wasnt going to ready for me to work on again before my wedding. So she would be scheduled when I returned. I wasnt returning to work until the 15th as all clients and coworkers were aware. As you see there was at no time any issues in our dealings with each other through text or the tattoo process. And as the text reads we made her appointment in which she no called no showed for. Texted her that she missed and no response. At no time did she make me aware of any displeasure with her tattoo or experience with me. The saying goes you cant fix what you do not know is broken. Its a shame we were not able to resolve an issue we did not know we had, otherwise we surely would have and made up for it besides an apology. We strive to make every client that walks through our door happy, comfortable and excited about the artwork and experience they receive. Sadly things do happen we cannot control and have clients that will not be happy no matter what we do, especially when they dont let us know. I am disappointed that my design and concept was not finished properly or the way it was intended. It was meant to be a realistic piece, obviously did not get that at the other tattoo shop she decided to go to, to finish. Thank you for taking the time to read.

So I went here for some jewelry last May 2016 for a nose piercing and was helped by Justin. He was very Knowledgeable and set me up with a couple nose piercing a clear for work and an opal for personal use. I was happy with this initial service so I inquired about a heart daith piercing and picked one out of a catalog. He then said he need to order it and therefore I need to put down a deposit. So I did since Ive really been wanting to change my jewelry. We exchanged information and I went on my way. Justin never got me my jewelry I have been by the shop twice and spoke to the front desk lady who told me he wasnt there and try to say it usually takes an entire year for jewelry to come in which is not what I was told... She was kinda rude and defensive. This is about a month after I put down a deposit for my jewelry June 2016. So I tried again in July 2016 and I talked to maybe the shop owner or manager who assured me Justin would contact me. He did contact me to say he was still waiting on the jewelry but after this I never heard back or received any updates on my piece. During this time I was pregnant by August I was having complication and by September I had a newborn so my concern for this jewelry was at the bottom of my list. My phone broke and I had to get a knew one but all my messages transferred and voicemails. I finally contacted Justin again once things settled down for me and he seemed egar to set me up with jewelry but said he was unavailable. I told him to please let me know when he was so I could get my Jewelry and he agreed. Never heard back from him I tried contacting him again with no response. It is now August 2017 and Im still out that daith ring and my 100$. Moral of the story dont put money down on any jewelry because you will never get it.

Paid $1750 upfront for a shoulder tatt and ended up going elsewhere to get it finished. A Single session took almost 5 weeks. We scheduled 3 weeks in advance and was told then it would be a single session! When the day came, Norm starts working on it, work kept getting interrupted for new customer consultations and social stuff, then after just a few hours he tells us hes got to go to a concert, and we gotta come back in 3 weeks to make a second appointment. Talk about a huge let down! Thinking your getting a new tattoo and then getting hit with a very incomplete outline and then shown the door! But when your the owner I guess you can skip work all you want. Especially when its a zero refund policy and the clients already paid you. We got tired of waiting for when he felt like finishing what we paid him to do, and for when he decides to respond to customers. So we went down to The Collective Gallery and Tattoo and had it finished in 24 hours of our new artists consultation. AND they even gave us a digital preview of how it would look. Something W.W told us we would get to see but they never got around to I guess.

Id been wanting a tattoo for the longest time but my fear of needles always stopped me. I finally got the courage just to walk-in and get it done. Went in on a Saturday and talked to Ruben who took down info and idea of what I wanted. They were already booked so Ruben offered to open up the shop on Sunday for myself and a friend. Super awesome experience with Ruben! This was my first tattoo and I was hooked at the first buzz of the needle! Ruben is super nice and patient- it was like hanging out with an old friend. Every one here is so welcoming and kind. Ruben took the time to find the right size, color, design, etc of everything we wanted. This is a big deal for someone like me whos not adventurous at all. For those of you who are newbies - this is a great place. Mine cost $50 and is totally worth it! There are TVs, bathrooms, food trucks for the wait time too...

Absolutely amazing! This shop is so amazingly gorgeous, welcoming, and CLEAN! Everyone is so nice and greets you right away! I love their concept of things. You go on with an idea, give them a budget and they work with that! They make it their own so that they can change thing and work with the provided budget! Norm did our tattoos and we just got the first session done, they came out wonderful ! He took the time in our consultation to find different things each of us liked in tattooing and the gave us opinions and options which I think is great. People have to understand this takes time, outlines take time, appointments take time, sessions take time and if you want something with intense detail and color it will take time. This shop and the pork is so professional and amazing! I cant wait to fish our tattoos! The Care and detail is worth the wait and money!
