I would NOT recommend this florist to anyone! My daughter got married and had a big beautiful wedding. Everything about the wedding was perfect, EXCEPT for the floral arrangements. She ordered beautiful PINK orchids in about 20 - 22 tall SQUARE vases. The ceremony was about to start and the ONLY thing missing were her table centerpieces. I kept calling, and they said they had contracted a delivery guy who was running late for some unknown reason. The ceremony was taking place as the centerpieces were FINALLY delivered. I was a nervous wreck and the bride was not happy about it at all. On top of that, the orchids were PURPLE, not pink as we discussed during the meeting. A big disappointment for the bride as her wedding colors were navy blue and ivory linen, with PINK flowers. They also (I assume) broke 2 of OUR vases we owned and took them to fill, and replaced them with ROUND vases that did not match the others. And they broke and replaced them with no explanation at all. I called them twice, and spoke to a male who said he was the manager. He said he would talk to the owner about it, and call me back to explain why the big mess up. It has been two months since the wedding, and we have yet to get a phone call, an apology, an explanation, or any type of reimbursement from them. Once again, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I called the wedding venue, Granberry Hills who referred them because they are on their vendor list, and suggested they do not refer them in the future.

OK, we had a very special situation. Our family with three kids (20, 18, 12) was in massive transition and had just been through some difficult times. We had not been together for months. We were coming together in San Antonio to celebrate Christmas and we picked the JW Marriott. The concierge recommended The Tuscan Rose to do "something special" to our suite for Christmas: to try to create a home away from home for the holiday. So we walk up to the room and on the door is a beautiful Christmas wreath (one of three!). We walked into the room and were blown away. There was garland everywhere, tastefully designed. A beautiful Christmas tree ready for our ornaments (that we brought along). Candy dishes filled with Christmas candies. Centerpieces on the coffee table and dining table, and a huge wreath on the side board. And in the corner, unbelievably, were reindeer, beautiful, ornamental and moving reindeer! They provided gingerbread house kits for us to make together. We made gingerbread houses; we gobbled up the chocolate covered pretzels and candies. We had a great time and we spent many hours in the suite, playing games and listening to music. You massively exceeded our expectations and we had a great Christmas holiday. Thank you Jessica and the team at Tuscan Rose!

Ordered a bouquet through Teleflora. I paid extra for 1:00PM delivery, as my girlfriend gets off work at 3:00PM. By 2:30 they still had not arrived. I had to ruin the surprise and tell my g/f, and she stayed till 3:30, but still no flowers. I called Teleflora, and asked them to change delivery to her house. Finally, at 5:30PM I received a delivery confirmation email. However, my girlfriend said no flowers had arrived. At 6:00PM, she called and said they just arrived. She sent a photo and they looked okay. Not quite as they should have, and the flower quality was poor. She showed me the card, which verified that Teleflora used The Tuscan Rose Florist, which is only 5 miles from her work, and 1 mile from her house. This florist is truly awful and unprofessional. To send a delivery confirmation before delivery is fraudulent, and to deliver at 6:00PM when I paid extra for delivery by 1:00PM is shocking. My girlfriend was happiest just to get the flowers and be done with this inconvenient ordeal. -Cody T.

I was lucky enough to find The Tuscan Rose on the internet and since they had good reviews I decided to give them a try. After being bitterly disappointed with 1-800 Flowers I needed to find a quality florist in San Antonio that I could depend on as far as using very high quality flowers and well designed arrangements for the very important woman in my life. The Tuscan Rose is that florist. My order was delivered very quickly. I placed the order at close to 3:00 PM and was extremely surprised that they could deliver my order the very same day! That alone blew me away. When the flowers were delivered my girlfriend sent me a picture of the arrangement and told me how very pleased she was with how beautiful the entire arrangement was and 5 days later they still look as beautiful as day one! I am VERY happy with The Tuscan Rose and I highly recommend them.

I am getting married in early October, and I had a bouquet made by another florist for my bridal portraits. I signed a contract with Pizzini in San Antonio for $6500 for my wedding day. My bridal portrait bouquet he gave me was terrible and not anything like I envisioned. I called Tuscan Rose and asked if there was anything they could do to fix it for me. I dropped my bouquet off at 12:00PM and picked it up at 5:30PM the same day for my pictures. My bouquet was absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! I paid $120 for it, so it is rather large and cascading. If you give them a higher budget, then you will not be disappointed. They have mastered flowers for a shabby chic wedding!

Thank you for the beautiful arrangement created by The Tuscan Rose for the memorial service of my mother, Catherine Marie Inghram. The service was held at chapel at Air force Village II. Everyone attending commented on the flowers. The persons in change of flowers for the Sunday service requested information on The Tuscan Rose which I gladly gave to them. My mother was an accomplished gardener and gifted when it came to arranging flowers for home or a public function. She would have been delighted with your efforts! Thank you very much!!!

HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a bridal bouquet for my sisters wedding. I called the order in over the phone and spoke to a wonderful lady named Elizabeth. I described to her exactly what I was wanting with gardenias and white roses. I was so impressed when I went to pick it up. It was the most beautiful bouquet and it was exactly what I was wanting. Not only that, but they were so reasonable compared to other florists I contacted. I will definitely use the Tuscan Rose for all my floral needs.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I met with Crystal, floral designer at Tuscan Rose/Freesia Designs regarding my upcoming May wedding and had an amazing experience with her. I had previously met Leticia and had experienced her customer service but this was my first time working with a floral designer for my own event. Crystal did such a wonderful job working with my colors, theme and budget setting up samples for me to see first-hand. I cant wait to see how beautiful it all turns out for my wedding. Thanks again!

My wedding was in May, I got about 55-60% of the flowers I ordered. Didnt get the flower arrangements I ordered, none of the order was right down to the boutonniere. I was suppose to get a ball of flowers with a mossy bottom for my flower girls all i got was a ball of wet icky moss. They would only refund 150 of what i paid, which was almost 600. Do not use this company they are horrable and lie. They dont call and confirm the order with you just ASSume. RUN from them
