This pharmacy makes the military pharmacies look like all stars! My prescriptions were sent over after 11, and they called to say that all but one of them was ready at 1. Not a big deal, I go over after work to find out that of my four prescriptions they only did one, period. The delayed one is still delayed, they just flat out didnt do another one and the third they claimed to not have the prescription for (But found it later). Its 5:30 now. I waited for them to fill my normal prescription but they only bring out 30 days instead of 90, and theyre filing it under my insurance when it previously cost more to do it through my insurance. I ask if it costs less to buy it without insurance, the gentleman says it still does so they go to make it a 90 day supply. Its 6:15 now. At 6:30 a woman comes to tell me that its actually more expensive because they increased the price on all their medications (In the last 15 minutes, apparently) and by enough that I should take the 30 day supply. Well, now thats going to take another 30 minutes! They kept bumping me to the bottom anytime a new person came up when Id been waiting on their screw-ups. I didnt get my medicine until after the pharmacy technically closed at 7.

I hate the Costco pharmacy and am starting to believe that any cost savings on rx price is not worth the time I spend trying to get my rx filled and filled correctly. Have been using them monthly for almost a year and only 3 visits have been satisfactory. But usually my rx arent all filled or not for the right amount and it is impossible to do anything for my spouse and his rx unless I fill out a hip as form they never have and I have been requesting for 10 months. Staff is unhelpful and it is up to me to ask the right questions and get them to search their systems and find that they had the correct info in their computers the whole time. So frustrating that staff is not proactive and doesnt care and tries to blame the customer when it is their fault (or their computers fault). Their attitude is that their computers are god and cannot make a mistake. Which I prove to be false on a continual basis. Since it is clear that they dont care and arent going o improve then I need to go somewhere else.

Pharmacy is open to the public - you do not have to have a Costco membership. Good prices, yes (some times lower than your co-pay). Speed of service, nah, not so much. During the week, if you drop a scrip off early afternoon, it will take about 45 minutes to get it filled. I dont have a lot of pharmacy experience, so maybe this is normal? Pharmacists are AWESOME, very friendly and very informative.
