Ive honestly never had a problem with this place...I always get in pretty quick and my appointment is fast and well done & the staff are nice; however, I was putting off getting a full year of contacts because I wasnt sure I wanted to spend the money on them...I was assured and encouraged by the staff that if I ordered a full year of this particular brand there was a promotion for a $50 rebate. So instead of purchasing the couple months I was going to originally, I purchased a whole year. Come to find out they pushed me to purchase a whole year to receive a rebate I wasnt even qualified for because there were restrictions on when you had to order to get it...why wouldnt they know that? So basically I spent $50 more than I wanted to because I was told I would get it back and then I find out Im not getting it back...

My son has worn glasses or contacts since 2000. Moving caused us to change eye Drs and the staff at this office was so helpful and professional. They also had a great selection of frames that fit him and more inportantly that he liked. Their prices were great and when comparing apples to apples a better value than lenscrafters or eyemasters. They also have a great warranty on frames that the other places couldnt match. Will stick with these guys for sure.

Went there last year. First off they will nickle and dime you for everything they do. You will only get and estimate price for the services, high and low, so no set fees. The whole experience felt like they were more interested in getting my money than helping me out to get proper set of contacts. I guarantee you will have better service even at local Walmart optometry center.

I called in on a Monday and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. My appointment was for 1:30 and I was literally walking out with new glasses at 2:25. Great overall experience.
