I walked in. The store was empty. The store manager, Lety, was at the counter on the computer. I stood at the counter waiting for her to acknowledge me. A few awkward minutes later, she glances up at me and finally asks how she can help. Not in a nice way though. More like, "ugh, I hate being here. What do you want?" type of way. I told her what I needed she never looked up so I felt like I was talking to myself. After telling her what I needed she said it was going to be a "two hour wait because theres 20 something orders in front of mine". I placed my order and paid for it. Ive been sitting in my car in front of the store for the past thirty minutes watching her joke around while showing one of the other employees things on her cell phone. I asked for 90 carbon copies. It couldve been done in a quarter of the time she spent showing her coworker things on her phone and half the time it took for me to leave this review.

Paid over $100 for xmas gifts to make it on xmas eve, one to PAand one to CA. The one to PA made it there Christmas afternoon and the other has yet to arrive. I understand the season is busy, but I should not have been told something that wasnt possible just so I could pay an absurd amount and still be let down.

Horrible computer services, always something wrong with printers and the main guy is just useless,will not help with instructions on how to use THEIR SOFTWARE. advice to not go there for anything other than mail P.S 17$ to print pages that were completely blank and yet not get your money back? No thanks

Its alright. I came to use the copier several times and each time the location was almost always empty (huge plus, crowds are a headache). The clerk (manager?) I dealt with on one occasion didnt have the best customer service skills but he got the job done.

Had a large print job that needed done in a short order of time. David assisted me and had all 1300 pages printed in about an hour. Excellent customer service. Very professional. Will definately visit again.

The employees have no idea what they are doing I was told that my package was delivered an that was so far from the truth. It only made it to the manufacturers location

The service at this location is extremely slow and right on the edge of being rude. It is not eh cleanest location either. I try to use other locations when possible.
