Went in with alternator problems and they tested my alt that was bought from a competitor. Alt was bad..i bought a new one from them brand new not a remanufactured.... rusty and the store manager were very helpful and I left with a new alt and good reason to return the other one for a refund. Very courteous and customer oriented , this is the second time Ive come to this location and gotten great service and the parts needed without a hassle. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

EXTREMLEY annoyed with this place. I got my windshield wiper replaced, they were having a hard time putting it on and they broke a piece and thought it was okay to super glue it back on. The manager is the one that broke it and they were just laughing about it. Went to the car wash and it came off. Came back in and asked for a replacement and they ordered the wrong one.

Rusty went over & beyond to help us. We recently bought a home in Mansfield & our car wouldnt start. Not only did Rusty come check the battery at our home but he installed it on his lunch break. We offered him lunch & he refused. He didnt have to do what he did but were forever grateful. No one else will get our business but you guys. Thanks again Rusty.

I love the ease of ordering and paying online and then picking up in the store. The service at this location is over and beyond - they showed me which tools I would need and we looked at the engine so they could show me what exactly I would need to do. Greatly appreciated!! Definitely recommended.
