I wanted to like this store but its hard. I know its a business but youre a selling a sigeli 150 watt tc box mod for $150 when you can get it online for $75, same exact thing, not a replica. Just think the prices should be almost the same. I dont mind paying for convenience but an extra $75 is a bit ridiculous. Thomas has to be my favorite employee. I took my vapmod there, which wasnt a very good product at all and was told because of what I did to it but it was just a crap product that almost exploded on me twice. I received a refund on the mod but not the tank because it still worked, until a week later it stopped working. Tried getting a refund on that but was refused but offered 20% off a rda I wanted. I couldve gotten it online cheaper but again, convenience. I wanted to like this place but its hard. I am not a fan of the juice either, it would be better if they sold juice from other companies but I understand it being a franchise it wants to promote its brand.

This place is absolutely terrible everytime I have gone to this place they have messed up and near destroyed my mod. The staff has little to no knowledge of what they are talking about. They have sold me things that dont work and actively damaged my mod. When I went to the store and brought this up the employee working who had been very helpful and nice turned very rude and started slamming things down. I was fairly new to vaping and they messed up my coils on 3 seperate occasions. I would go to have looked at and fixed and they would talk me like i had no idea what i was talking about and treat me like a child. I would recommend not going to this establishment the employees however nice have no idea what they are talking about. I will never step foot in this store again. It is worth making the extra trip somewhere else to have things done right

The only vapor place in the area, and thats all right by me. Everything is fairly priced and they have a nice selection of gear, not to mention the frequent sales(or maybe its one ongoing sale?). Im fairly specific in my taste in liquid, but it looks like they have a flavor selection to rival online retailers, which is pretty impressive. Its nice that theres a vape place that doesnt also specialize in bongs/tobacco accessories. The guys Ive seen working behind the counter are always very nice; a bit goofy, but very friendly and helpful. I dont know for sure but it looks like they cater to Spanish speakers, which is always nice to see. Highly recommend.

Ive been a patron here long enough to compare the shift in ownership and the difference is night and day. It is crystal clear how much effort and expertise Mendy brings to her business, especially in the sense of customer service. Its rare these days to deal with someone knowledgeable enough to recognize your needs and offer products that youre actually interested in while settling you in with such quirky charisma. They offer a wide variety of flavors and seem dedicated to providing anything else you might need for your vape. Recommended.

Just went in to check it out today. Needed a replacement atomizer. I called and the girl on the phone was very helpful. They had the item I needed ready when I got there. They have great prices and a wide selection of vape oils. Just having moved to this area, I have been looking for a place to frequent for my vaping needs. I will definitely be going back here.

I enjoy this place. Great company, engaging women, patient, courteous, down to earth. I am glad "LoveLady" took over and set up shop here. I went in for refill juice etc its like happy hour without the booze! Lol if u looking for a vape shop this is the one. I have been coming for over a year now. And will continue to be a customer bc of the great service.

The manager is very knowledgeable and professional. She will help you find your best fit and shes very laid back. The store is well kept and has a great vibe while you do your shopping. I highly recommend visiting!!! The store mascot alone named Zeus is worth the reason to visit.

This place is horrible, they are crooks who sell you overly expensive products, like vape tanks for 10 dollars and they have no courtesy. Theres plenty of other vape shops in the area like vape galaxy. and another on uvalde and in crosby. Id save your money and go to those place.

The ONLY vape shop in the area, but overall its a cool place with a great vibe. No 3rd party juices since they only have their own brand so the selection is limited as fr as true variety is concerned, but anything else youre looking for, they probably have it!

Was not impressed they sold me crap juice and tried to pass it off as premium. The selection of devices was underwhelming to be polite and then you have to be buzzed in the door. No thank you I wont be returning
