One of the best cigar shops in Texas. They have a huge humidor with pretty much anything you would want. The prices are the best in Texas as well. They have a really nice area in the back to smoke, watch TV or get some work done. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. My go to shop when Im in town.

Horrible customer service. Prices and selection are second and third to customer service. I was going here regularly buying boxes of cigars, and other merchandise. I refuse to go there again. Its a horrible thing to have salesmen that are not considerate or helpful.

Nobody does it better than Serious. Fantastic selection, the prices are really good, lots of Pipes and a huge pipe smoking community. They hold the two biggest events in Houston each year, the Cigar Festival in April & Customer appreciation in January.

These guys sure know about cigars, dont be afraid to ask for help, i asked for a guillotine they had on display, unfortunately they had ran out but they gave me the one on display and went as far as to get me a new box for it.

Fantastic selection of cigars & pipes, a public lounge with multiple TVs to watch games and with fast free wifi. Parking can sometimes be tight on nights they host events. Great staff, love this place.

A top shelf experience. Very helpful staff, great selection of name brand and house label cigars. And, a smoking room thats clean, well ventilated, has lots of TVs, and is welcoming.

The store is awesome but the staff is not friendly at all and they dont seem to be very knowledgeable .. The one on 1960 is much better. They seem to appreciate your business more

Large humidor. Good selection of smoking apparel too. Staff are always willing to help and very knowledgeable. Lounge there to smoke your cigars can fill up quick.

I stopped by the new 610 location and I was shocked by the size of humidor and smoking lounge. The overhead must be outrageous but the prices are still very good.
