I told myself that I was NOT going to come back because the only three times prior that Ive been there..... The lady NEVER and I mean NEVER smiled. She looked mad every time and not once said Thank You. I was running late and the place I usually go to because of their friendly service DONUT PaLACE... Was out of my way. I decided to give these people a fourth chance... She was mad and didnt smile. I bought 3 dozen donuts and she waited until after I paid to tell me that next time I needed to call a day before for a big order like that. I will NEVER and I mean NEVER come here again!!!!

If I can give a zero I would bad service rude didnt even warm up my croissants when I told her she slammed the microwave door and told us we only have five seconds to eat because she was closing at 11:30 and we were there at 11 :15 . Better off going somewhere else .I told her she was being rude and providing bad service she just laughed.

Love the donuts but the customer service is horrible. I used to think maybe it was just a bad day but more times than not I find them to be rude. Never a hello or a thank you. The lady slammed the donut bags on the counter. The only reason I go is because out of the two donut stores near me this one does have the better donuts.

Everytime we go the lady in the drive thru always has a attitude one time I went and we ordered and we accidentally for got 1 thing just 1! And she says "why didnt you tell me the first time" well my bad if we forgot but if you have an attitude then dont be there in the morning

The donuts are good but the attitude of the workers really kill the place. The owner barks "what do you want" to most customers and never smiles. I thought she was having a bad day but its the same every time we go.

The blueberry cake donuts are insane, pretty much everything is amazing. Yeah the lady is a bit unfriendly but hey, youre there for donuts and not small talk
