A poster child for horrible customer service. My reason for one star(s): Ordered a pair of shoes August 28th and had them delivered to the store. Shoes were shipped September 6th. Went to the store on the 23rd and asked if they had arrived, store clerk said they had not. Called Nike Customer support on October 14th to find out what happened to the shoes, phone rep was helpful and was able to track down the shoes - they had been delivered on the 12th of September and signed for at the store. Visited the store to ask what happened to the shoes, no one knew and said they would call me back, issue a refund and provide a some sort of a credit. Store never called back or issued a credit. Called Nike Customer Support again on the 21st and finally issued a credit. Overall - worst customer experience I have ever had. Two calls to the store, three visits and I have nothing. Only reason I got a credit back was that I called Nike support via phone. DO NOT ORDER SHOES HERE!

Worst nike store EVER!! They had NOTHING! It had horrible customer service..as well as an extremely sexist layout there is hardly any womens section because the whole thing is for men its should be recalled "Mens Nike"!!

Tried to go to outlet store never opened on Preston Rd. I tried calling North Park for information no one would answer the phone. Better to deal online.

They refused to let me into the store, even though it was 10 min to 10 am. Also I felt a slight tinge of discrimination!
