Hi, I wanted to write a quick note to tell you how incredibly your pharmacy team treated me this weekend. I have a 9 month old son who had surgery. Unfortunately during the surgery there was a major complication. Our team at Texas Childrens called ahead to make sure an aspirin therapy (compounded) would be available and had Walgreens set to deliver it. When I went to pick it up on Saturday 4/9/16, Walgreens had never received the Rx and was unable to fill it. I was in a panic as all compounding pharmacies were closing and the medication would not be available until Monday. This was of great concern since the surgeons explained that the tiny veins could clot and result in disastrous results for my son. On the advice of Dr. Smith at Hometown Pedes in The Woodlands I called your pharmacy and by chance reached Van and Tran as they were leaving to give a speech at The Woodlands library. Van agreed to not only make the aspirin therapy but to meet me at the library before her presentation to make sure my son was not in any danger. I cannot thank you and Van and Tran enough for easing our minds that we were not left without this medication through the weekend.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Roberds Pharmacy and primarily Van Tran. I initially went to Van to address nutritional, hormonal, and thyroid health. To be 100% honest I wasnt even very sure what was going on only that I just did not feel right with a myriad of symptoms. I had no idea that in this day in age there are still establishments where you could be treated as a human being and not a number with prompt responses to questions via email and genuine face to face interactions. From day one of my experience with Roberds I had an advocate in my current health journey. What is more valuable than having someone so skilled and knowledgeable not just working for you but with you? I do not know where Id be or what other route I wouldve taken, but I cannot imagine it turning out the way that it has. Weve been able to diagnose current conditions, get treated, and have incredible results with my overall health. Roberds Pharmacy and Dr. Van Tran have absolutely changed my views on health and how I am taking care of myself. The seminars that Van gives to inform her patients are so informational and super helpful. I walk away knowing so much more about my health and it is very empowering. Through all the medical testing and consultations, I now know the best approach to take for my health. For years I felt like I was taking a stab in the dark and hoping to get lucky. Now, through supplements and bioidentical hormones that are compounded specifically for me (how amazing is that) I can see real changes and have such a hope for my future health. Roberds Pharmacy has been an absolute God send. I love the staff, the wide array of supplements, the testing, the emails and phone calls to check on me.
