Ranch supplies are good equipment is good but personal needs to learn about the material they sell and feed they sell and be able to answer customers questions. I have been using tractor supply since they put a store in my area and have yet found anyone who can answer my questions on my ranch needs. I have even answer questions for other customers who are new to farm or ranch life. Can you give a course to your employees on the basic things they should know. They can not answer basic questions on feed for sheep or goats, cattle or horses.
