My cars exhaust pipe kept slipping out of its little plastic thingy so I went to advance auto to see if there was anything that could keep it in there. BJ came to my rescue! He went out of his way to try all sorts of different screws, and other things that I dont know anything about, till he finally found one that fit! And when I say "he went out of his way," I really mean it! He was at it for at least 30 minutes! Amazing service!

We go here often and have always had good, kind, and informative help. The folks here really know what theyre doing, and theyve never made me feel like an idiot for asking questions (Im so girl!). These folks are great, and my husband (former diesel machanic) trusts them.

Enter store; 2 cashiers and a manager rarely look up from their cell phones. Ask for a certain size torx bit; they just point toward an endless display.. Always seems like Im tearing them away from something terribly important, just to ask a question...
