Customer service was great, they took the time to answer all of my questions, and as a first time vape buyer I had many,they also took the time to explain how everything worked/how to properly use and care for my new device. Their store was very well set up and a good flow. The liquid bar had a variety of flavors to choose from and they were kind enough to allow me to sample my fill until I found the right one for me. Overall a great experience and I see myself shopping at this location for all my vaping needs!! Highly recommended

I just have to say that Amber is what makes this place what it is! She has always been so helpful and nice every time I go in there. She is the person that every business should have. The store is great, a little pricey but the customer service from Amber is why I keep going here.

Love the customer service! and the team is very knowledgeable! Being a non-commissioned sales environment you really get the benefit of honest feedback. And sooo many flavors to choose from! No giant clouds when you walk in- clean environment and friendly staff. Cant go wrong!
