I was so excited to find out we were getting a Krispy Kreme in this area, but every time Ive gone to this location the service has been extremely poor. From terrible attitudes to them giving out cold doughnuts. I pulled up to the drive-thru one evening to get a dozen glazed doughnuts and when placing my order I asked if they were hot this young girl told me yes and when I received them they were cold. I asked for the manager and she resolved my issue and proceeded to tell me when it was a good time to come back to get hot doughnuts. I returned at the time she told me and had to wait almost 30 minutes for the same manager to come and fix the problem. Tonight I went and once again there was an issue with a young lady being very rude as I was trying to place my order. I drove off and didnt order anything. My advice to you guys is if you have to hire young adults please make sure their attitudes are pleasing to the customers because they never know who they are being rude to.

KK just opened a new store on Hacks Cross Rd. the hot sign is NEVER ON. the store on Winchester Rd. closed and i guess this is the replacement store. i live literally down the street from the new Hacks Cross Rd. store. the hot sign was pretty much always on when they were on Winchester. the service is very slow and the employees seem unfamiliar with the coffee menu. i was asked if i wanted my mocha dream chiller frozen. thats how it shows it on the menu, so......yeh. i have seen the hot sign on 2 times. once at 5 pm and once at 9 pm. i would go there everyday IF they had hot doughnuts. i was SO excited to see them building one so close to me. now not so excited.

The only reason they are getting this 1 star is because the doughnuts are good but customer service is very poor. Went thru the drive thru and the cashier, Destiny, didnt say a word throughout the whole transaction. Took my payment, closed the window without greeting me and then handed me the bag and just closed the window again. Its bad to have such a beautiful building filled with bad attitudes. I guess they brought the bad attitudes over with them from the old location on winchester. Send these people to more training or get them out of there because they obviously dont value their job. If people are spending their money, they should receive better service.

As others have stated, typically the poor customer service and lack of attentiveness from employees is bothersome and annoying at best. The reason Im giving them three stars, instead of one star, is because they impressed me on the $0.79 dozen day. There was a line to the door inside and a line to the street for the drive thru and they handled it like champs! The vibe was upbeat for the most part and my cashier was courteous enough to make some fresh chocolate glazed for my son even though she previously stated they were sold out of chocolate. Way to step it up! Now only if that kind of service would transfer over into a regular day...

I am so glad that they were kind enough to build a Krispy Kreme in my area. Normally when I go the service and doughnuts are on point but one particular time the hot light was on and when I pulled up to the window to pay for my doughnuts the light was off. The young lady gave me cold doughnuts. When I requested hot ones she warmed them in the microwave. I ended up getting my money back. She claimed the hot sign was not on but I would never get in line unless the hot sign is blazzing. I didnt appreciate that. Other than that Im always satisfied and happy when I visit. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to that incident.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did the cream filling machine not work and only glazed donuts and donut holes were available for sale. These glazed donuts and donut holes tasted horrible, like they were fried in old oil and then left sitting around long enough to go stale. Cant say the woman at the window was very friendly, either. Not a good start for a new location. We wont be back.

Went to purchase some doughnuts and found the side door close at 8:30 pm. I walked towards the front door and a person not dress as an employee made some hand gesture to tell me its close and to go through the drive thru. As I turn around same person comes out the door to tell me that it is open, then proceed to tell the staff that since she is not working tonight she is leaving.

I am a lover of doughnuts but I was highly disappointed when I was ready to order and they informed me that they were out of chocolate, raspberry, lemon and the signature doughnut Original Glaze. Also, when I asked to confirm what flavor were out the employee responded, "yes, the hot sign is off". I will never go here again. The service was horrible.

Terrible customer service! Employees barely acknowledged my wife at the counter. Continued talking amongst themselves. After getting her donut, they didnt even tell her the amount. They seemed annoyed that they had to do any work. Restrooms were nasty too. Plenty of other places to get donuts in Memphis. Avoid this one!

I have gone to this location on three locations and the service was awful. Each time I asked for a particular donut and was given the wrong dozen. There was also one occasion in which the female at the drive-through had an awful attitude. I really did not want to give one star because the service was so poor.

I bought a dozen of glazed donuts and added a cup of donut holes..,Both Were HORRIBLE.!!!! THEY BOTH TASTE BURT &THE HOLES WERE COLD.., I WILL NEVER GO TO KK ON HACKS CROSS AGAIN, &Will Never refer That store to anyone... I liked the one on Winchester wayy better

Not-so friendly customer and unless I see that red hot DONUT sign, I will never purchase cold donuts again from here!!! They were Terrible!!! Guess I will have to travel 20 mins to get donuts from GIBSONS...They are amazing COLD!!! KRISPY KREME DO BETTER!!!

Our family has visited during PM and AM hours. .. BIG difference! At night there is no supervisor and employees are just hanging out, no desire to be there. But during the AM the staff is quick and courteous! Ill drive to Gibsons for an evening treat

Great location but they never have hot doughnuts.... Wish they were more like the Whithaven location they on point every time glaze is thick and just rite hot and ready every time you pull up no matter what time it is !

We wake up real early every Sunday morning and go to Krispy Kreme to get a dozen when theyre hot and fresh. The donuts are amazing and the crew is super nice.
