Service guys are overworked and tired looking. Likely the owner doesnt pay them enough money. Consequently, they may appear to be lazy and uncaring, but its probably their owners fault. Dont expect them to give you the same service like other places. They also dont have everything that most electrical supply places carry. If you know what you are looking for, buy it online and save big time. The owner of this store is clearly not treating his employees well-enough, not paying them enough, and not supplying this store like they are fully supplied around the nation. Its too bad because at times, which are rare and rare these days, these guys can be nice and helpful. Youd be lucky to have it happen on the day you come in. Be happy if it does. Expect to wait forever as the place is completely disorganized, as is their stock room. Blame the owner, not the employees. Smarter to just go to the Williams in Bristol as these employees in JC are just total asses, extremely rude, lazy, unknowledgeable, extremely arrogant, and very unhelpful. Good Luck
