About a week ago I got my septum pierced here and while the customer service was good my experience wasnt. The lady who was piercing me was nice but seemed cold and even though she said my piercing would probably be crooked something seemed off and not just to me but to my boyfriend as well. I also feel the review process is forced I had to write a review on the spot. We went back maybe 20 min later to tell her and she looked at it real quick said it would be fine to come back in 6 to 8 weeks if I still wasnt happy. I couldnt really look at my piercing till now because it hurt soo bad. But now i can see it is obviously crooked she pierced me at a horizontal angle. UPDATE I got my piercing done about 2 months ago and I love it. Bones was super nice and made the process soo much more comfortable and informative. The healing and pain were way smother then the first time I couldnt be happier I would definitely recommend Bones for a piercing.

I wish there were more stars to put up for Freedom Tattoo. I have known Bones and his many crews over the years from Freedom Tattoo being on highway 58, going toward Harrison Bay. They have always been the best artists around, they are very professional, kind, compassionate, awesome, and the list goes on, the crew or i should say family he has now are great people and amazing artists as well. Bones, Grieg, Amanda, and Tim are great people and will make your tattoo experience, whether it be your first or your last tattoo be the best around. I thank you Bones for my tattoos and will return for more, Ill see you all later!!!!

This shop is amazing. It is a very clean and professional environment with friendly staff who went out of their way to make my experience very enjoyable. I was extremely impressed by them and the level of quality and attention I received. I was also impressed with the high quality of new tattoo technology when it came to the machines they use and how much more enjoyable it was too get poked with needles for an hour or two. Overall my experience is one that Ill cherish forever with some amazing ink I can show off. Ill definitely be back.

I came in with a Celtic cross idea Id drawn as a memorial for several family and friends who died recently. I showed my idea to Tim, and he talked to me a lot and helped me make it better. Then when I set my appointment and came back, he did a great job making my first tattoo nearly painless. Tim has a light touch and is a great artist. I will highly recommend him (and this studio, by extension) to anyone looking to get a tattoo in the future, and Ill be going back to him for any future ink.

The outcome was better than I could ever have imagined. Had a appointment at 3 and they were able to get me in earlier which was awesome. Then sat down with bones got a idea together and he drew it up looked awesome. Then he tattooed made sure I was ok and comfortable. Everyone there was very layed back which made it a great experience. Bones made the tattoo look awesome already got compliments on it. Definitely would recommend and will be going there again.

These guys are amazing! Bones does all my Tattoos and Piercings. These guys are the Only people I go to for my Tattoos. Clean, Professional, Hilarious and talented. Their work is slightly more expensive than other places, BUT it pays off. Both Tim and Bones are open minded and they only care about your happiness. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give a 10 star I would.

My son died recently and I had a printout of his last EKG. Both Bones and Tim are so nice and compassionate. I know thats not why most people chose a tattoo parlor, but it was definitely a plus. Tim did the tattoo and he was great. Its perfect and his design was true to the EKG printout. As for the parlor, its spotless, spacious and comfortable.

Bones did my daith piercing and was fantastic. Ive had it done before by a different place, and it was done too shallow and migrated out. Bones was very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. I was on a tight schedule because of work but he was prepared for me and didnt waste any time. Would definitely recommend him.

Freedom tattoo is my favorite place to get tattooed! Bones is the best tattoo artist in Chattanooga! Hes done most of my tattoos and theyre all perfect!! I highly recommend coming here and letting any of these people do your tattoo! Great atmosphere and everyone is so friendly!!!!
