Incredibly helpful, hope the service itself is as great as the customer service (will update review after spa treatment). I left a message late Monday and received a call back immediately Tuesday morning. I needed to buy a gift voucher but dont live in town to stop by. Olivia was painless to deal with and when I asked if she could email me something cute to put in a holiday card, she created one and sent it within an hour. I shop online/buy services over the phone often and this was one of the more helpful and pleasant experiences Ive had. Thanks Olivia!

This was honestly the nicest looking place ive been to as far as service look past this place this was honestly the worst experience ive had the girl completely ruined my hair pulled and tugged at it didnt get the colors correct and on top that she had no communication skills she was on the phone and obviously didnt know how comprehend anything I was telling her I would never recommend this to anyone!!!

Amazing Job by Daniel!!..He does what you want and also adds his experience to make the haircut look absolutely beautiful. This was the best haircut I have had in the past few years. This review is to both the place and Daniel. I would definitely recommend this hairdresser to anyone who has long hair like me and want to get an amazing haircut without chopping off your hair too much.

I love the atmosphere. You can feel like a man walking in and everyone is really nice. With my schedule I usually just call the day I want to get in and they find an open stylist. I have seen three or four girls and they were all great. I got the same quality across the board.

Disappointed:( I booked an acne facial but was told I was getting an oxygen facial using acne cleansers?? Did not get any extractions done which I thought was strange and was looking forward to. Also, foundation was applied to my skin after the facial. Never had that done before.
